Four stars because food is good. We're from Sinaloa and a little picky but it was good. Not bomb but like I said, we are a little picky. It's good :) Cashiers service was great. La mesera? Oh noooo, nos aventó un plato a la mesa. Took forever to bring us our food when it was just sitting there and we can see it. Service is slowwwww took 45 mins to get our food but the food is already ready you can see it in the front.

Awesome experience here today Saturday around 3:30 pm! Party of three! I'm not from Sinaloa (I am Colombian), so I wouldn't know how authentic the food is, but what I can say is that it was delicious. Staff were super friendly, very helpful and patient as I was trying to figure out what to order. The restaurant was nice, clean, organized, and well kept. They have a little section where you can buy some of the products, as well as flans, and other cold desserts. The food was tasty, not spicy (My plate wasn't), it tasted almost homemade. The fried tamales de elote were the best. In Colombia we have something like that, but we call it bollos de mazorca (Not fried though). Definitely a place to try if you are around this area!

This is about as authentic you can get if you're missing the food back in Sinaloa. The service and the place itself is very welcoming and most importantly the food was delicious. Homemade tortillas and food as if it was made at home. Definitely worth a try I will be back.

Not the greatest experimenter for our first time. Waited about 40 minutes outside to get a table. Not the best neighborhood...homeless screaming at everyone, horrible weed smell that activated my asthma. Once you're called, you are assigned a table and can sit down once you order at the register. We ordered, sat down and we unfortunately had the table closest to the register. What started as a line turned into a mob of people standing up front. Bumping into us as we're sitting. Literally putting their stuff down on our table. We even had people that thought it was ok to buy their ass on our table to sit while they were waiting to order. The staff was doing nothing to organize this back into a single line. It was rather frustrating. We finally got our food and it wasn't hot. I would say it was barely warm. It had decent flavor, hence the 2 stars but that's about all this place had going for it. It's too bad, we'd love to go back, maybe they're new, not sure, but once they get their crap together and can provide a nice dining experience, we'll consider going back.

Best coffee no need to add cream or sugar. The food was tasty, kinda pricey though but worth it. A little warm inside the restaurant.

Came in signed in to be seated and asked to wait outside. Saw groups that came in after I did get seated ahead of me. No organization.

Now let's talk about the food, this is the third time I've come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each time it's been a thrill for my mouth. I first tried lunch and had a great hamburger juicy and full of flavor, worth coming back and trying another. Next I came for dinner and tried thier fish and chips, which were crispy and delicious and the chips were nice and fluffy. Next I had breakfast and ordered the Chicken fried steak, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, my eggs came out just the way I wanted them and the hash browns were nice and crispy. Over all this is a place to try, come on out, you won't be disappointed.

So we stopped in to try the fish and chips and one of had fish tacos.. The Fish and Chips weren't bad.. Probably the best I have had in a while..The fish was crisp and moist inside.. Pieces a bit on the small side, but were good. The fries were crisp and hot like the fish when arrived to the table.. The coleslaw was the only thing that was lacking flavor.. Fish and Chips a solid 3 out of 5.. There was confusion in the price and we had a menu that had a lower price then what it really was and we were told we pay the higher price as that menu was an old menu, that our server handed to us.. The fish taco plate was good, but they drenched the tacos in a white sauce that made the taco impossible to eat by holding them. Super Messy and had to eat with a fork.. Our Server wasn't very attentive and focused more on other tables that weren't in the room where we were seated by the emergency exit. So in all.. The food was good and I would probably return to try the food again.. The ambience and quality of service was a struggle..

AL Coyote or EL Coyote? Both, apparently. Even the signs inside aren't conclusive…read more The menu is wide and overwhelming. They take Apple Pay. The drinks are bottled or fresca. The service is great. We got chips and salsa before our meal. I ordered the 3 taco plate with shredded beef and a large horchata. The food was 7/10, the meat being tasty but dominant. My wife ordered the carne asada fries. She gave the food a 8/10, but that was before she had diarrhea later that night. Parking is strip mall parking. The restaurant is the only Mexican restaurant in the strip mall.

It's actually called Al Coyote, not "El" Coyote. Located in a small shopping center on Washington…read moreStreet, expect a tight parking lot experience, especially if there are big trucks that day. The menu is broad enough, some house specials and specialties, tortas, and so on. My usual audition meal is a carne asada burrito, wet style if available. The wait wasn't too long after ordering, which was appreciated. However, My request for both red and green sauces didn't register on the cook's end. I am not sure exactly what the cream sauce slathered on top was, but fortunately it wasn't 100% sour cream or I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the food. As such, I'll be sure to mention no sauce if there is another time. I really liked the beans and rice inside. The carne asada didn't seem overly unique in the seasoning department, nor did the red sauce assuage my taste buds. Nonetheless, it was a decent size and I wasn't hungry afterwards for a long time. Overall, it's probably the place I'd need to visit 3-4 more times and try different things. For now I'd say 3.25 Stars

I must have gotten the wrong things to order cause what I got last evening was not the move…read more Apparently I should have gotten their fish dishes cause I got their carne asada tacos and it was interesting. Let's start with the tacos. They were very greasy and suuuuuper salty. I like my carne asada to be flavorful but whoever marinated the meat that day was either heavy on the salt or over marinated. I'm leaning on over marinated cause the texture of the asada was terrible. It was mushy and stringy when probably mean it marinated too long. Maybe the choice of meat was had too? It just tasted like ground beef and not flap meat like most places do it. It was the same story for the California burrito. I love a good California. Probably one of my favorite burritos to get. But Bahia was not it. Again same problem with the meat. Overly salty and meat texture was off. Ironically enough, the parts that didn't have any meat were very good. Now when it came down the service the lady behind the counter was very nice and the restaurant itself was very clean. So I do give them props for that. Maybe I'll come back and try their seafood/fish dishes since that seems to be what they are known for but if it's based of the asada, wasn't a good first impression.
