The coaches are incredibly warm, helpful, and energetic, which makes every workout fun, even when I'm literally dying! They also make sure you're pushing yourself and not slacking on your progress. Every penny is worth it. It really feels like a community here, you don't just come in, work out, and leave. The coaches and members actually interact with you and make you feel welcome. They are able to coach you if a newbie to get the moves right, or push you to make progress if more experienced. Generally super friendly, smart, and professional. It can get busy, which is a plus, its super motivating to have the room full of people to sweat along with, and there are usually multiple coaches giving attention when needed, and did i mention the facility is huge? a lot bigger than other f45s i've checked out leaving a lot of room for activities, its a great space. Parking is readily available in two covered lots in the building itself, or across the street by the dim sum place. I'm not in SGV too often during weekdays but i try to hit this place whenever I am in the area, if you live nearby it'd be a no brainer to attend here if looking for group fitness and to get in shape.

I am SO UPSET that I do not live in the area and can continue to come to this gym. They have ruined me. I cannot accept basic yoga classes anymore. Took advantage of their 7days for $7 trial. Loved it so much I went twice a day. Then I purchased a 10 class pack so I could exercise during the rest of my visit. It didn't matter the class type or the instructor, if I had time I was there. And didn't even care that I couldn't do half the moves, the staff and patrons are so welcoming, ya just wanna be there. Loved everything about this establishment; staff, amazing. Classes, fire. Parking, plentiful and free! The space is not large, but they maximize it in a way that doesn't feel over crowded. Downside is that there is no shower, but there are 6am classes, so plenty of time to get yourself home and off to work by 8am :) I look forward to returning when I am In the area.

But alas, they were able to redeem it and set up my account which is great. Cute little gym with a small yoga studio on the side. No frills, nothing fancy but the yoga here is not bad. Instructors are friendly and professional and start class on time. I wish they were a bit more hands on. It'd be cool if they included sound bath at the end of class or towels or something. I am consistently mis-informed by the staff. Then when I come in to ask about the same exact thing I called about I'm then told something different. I ended up cancelling my membership which was also a very painful experience.
