I recently leased a new car and needed my windows tinted. There's a place close to my home in Glendale I usually take my cars to but they raised their rates quite a bit. I searched on Yelp and this site sent out quote requests to 4 different companies. Ali was the first to respond. I spoke to a few other places and they gave me the run-around but Ali answered all my questions clearly and made the process very simple. We spoke on a Saturday (they're closed Sun/Mon) and I made my appt for Tuesday at 9am. I showed up, briefly chatted about what percentage I wanted and he got to work. He mentioned it would take about 2 hours and after an hour and 40mins it was all done and looked incredible. He was friendly and very professional. No hidden costs and the value/price was better than everyone else's. My initial concern was his shop wasn't close enough for me to walk home during the appt but for the time it took and the quality I received, I will be happy to bring all my cars here and will definitely tell anyone who asks. I was skeptic at first, but he did a fantastic job with 4 friends & guarantees his work in writing. Best prices compared to other shops in the area. Finishes in about 3 hours. Female friendly, respectful & does not take advantage. I recommend that you Google the various "Tint percentages" & look at the pictures prior to talking to anyone in the business. Highly recommend!! I looked at a whole bunch of tinting spots and despite being the smaller/newer tinting business in terms of reviews, this one was by FAR the most professional and organized and the result is stellar. The response to my initial Yelp inquiry gave me an EXACT price (unlike all the vague price ranges everyone else gave despite me providing a very specific inquiry) and also provided a brief but efficient blurb of information about the various types of tint (I didn't know there were various types of film), the difference between prices and the darkness levels available. As I proceeded with scheduling, they had a digital appointment system that gave me a little helpful text alert, a professional form to fill out BEFORE you schedule so you are aware of all the details, things that are important to know (e.g. need to keep your windows rolled up for 48 hours; this can change someone's scheduling requirements and is excellent to know beforehand), various information to know about tinting in general, etc. A lot of other spots just schedule over the phone & don't tell you anything until you're there or AFTER. This business is so organized and professional, I was super impressed for a small business to have 100x better operating standards than the spots with many hundreds of reviews. My husband and I just chose to hang out and wait vs uber somewhere and he provided all kinds of snacks, cold waters, and misting fans for our comfort. The estimated wait time he gave us was also EXACT and we were not kept waiting a minute longer than quoted which was highly appreciated. He also gave me a free upgrade on my back windows since they're so tiny (I have a Mini convertible so they're barely bigger than a dinner plate) which I didn't ask for and was greatly appreciated. My husband was also super impressed and decided he is going to bring his Jeep in as well and I will likely do the front windshield with a super light tint of the ceramic just for the heat resistance. My car was pretty unbearable heat wise before even with blasting A/C (I'm sure anyone with this car understands) and is DRAMATICALLY cooler with the ceramic tint, so I can only imagine the further comfort increase if I do the front with the ceramic as well. There's not a SINGLE bubble and while they warn you could have some water spots on the car door after i didn't see a single DROP. Very clean and excellent work.
