The staff here are obviously experts at working with young children. Our exam room, not just the waiting room, had lots of toys for him to play with while we waited (see photo) and he got to sit in my lap during the exam which helped him feel more comfortable. The staff was so calm and patient with him and they were so kid-friendly. I was shocked, but he let them clean and check his teeth! After his exam, Dr. Marr even sat and talked with me for at least 20-30 minutes. She answered all my questions, gave great advice, and was really supportive. So much so that each time I would try a new office we were told she was untreatable without the use of sedation for a mere cleaning. As a result her dental health suffered because we were not able to get her comfortable with seeing the dentist & did not have the means or resources to pursue the extreme measures we were told were needed to get her the proper care she needed. After many years of emotional and mental angst for both me & my daughter we landed in the care of Dr. Dragan. My daughter was immediately open minded in their care. She allowed them to perform X-rays & sat through her exams & cleaning with no complaints, & it was not just the absence of complaints, it was a "I can't wait to go back there" once we got in the car. This statement from a child who refused to even open her mouth for every previous doctor. The weight that has been lifted off both she & I is immeasurable. I feel like we both can breath after so many years of grief around the subject. I was jerked around and ended up with two wasted appointments where no work was done. They don't communicate within the office or with the anesthesiologist that's contracted to work with them. Even after getting the medical power of attorney as they requested, they then lied and said it wasn't filled out correctly, even though it was notarized. Once I started trying to get answers, no one would speak with me or respond to my email. Never again will I set foot in that place. If you're not equipped for the job, then just say that.

The dentists arrived and asked stage ladies to help since there was more of us waiting. They checked us in and waited a little longer.
