Doctor Ramirez is gentle, friendly and is patient. I am truly grateful and our daughter has been coming ever since. No other doctor I can trust. The office staff are kind, quick and knowledgeable. The staff take good care of our daughter when they are cleaning, doing X-rays, and ensuring she is comfortable.

Even had a conversation referring me to different places of interest since we are new to the DFW. How sweet of them to take the time (while no other customers were there) was to tell me places that might be fun to take my little one! The dental assistant was super sweet! Very good with my son! It's important to make sure kids feel comfortable and relaxed and my son was so comfortable with him. And he even made my son a balloon animal! How cool! As if it could get any better the dentist was just as awesome! Very knowledgeable and great with my son. Very caring group of people! Made sure to schedule in my son for treatment before he leaves for the summer. I really appreciate their kindness and would DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone! The office has toys and TVs for the kids to watch in the waiting room and in the operating room with Netflix which is great to keep kids entertained. I know they're going to write a response to this review apologizing and asking for more feedback so that they can improve. I don't care. This, and any other negative reviews I choose to write will be the only feedback you get from me. I have given you plenty of feedback, plenty of indications of how you can treat me so that I feel respected. It's clear that your office's desire for business is greater than your desire to respect me. If you're a trauma survivor, run from this office. The wait to get into a room was reasonable -- they were upfront that they had surgeries ahead of me, which made sense given I was a walk-in. My only critique is the process leading up to the surgery felt rushed and a bit impersonal, with a lot of "the surgeon has to go" energy. Understandable given the schedule, but it made an already nerve-wracking situation feel less comforting than I'd hoped. The extraction itself, though, was fantastic. First time getting a tooth pulled, and I was bracing for the worst -- but the oral surgeon and her team talked me through everything every step of the way, were reassuring, and it went smoothly with surprisingly little pain. 10/10 for the surgery and the surgeon's chairside manner. A few points off for how rushed the lead-up felt. If they brought that same warmth to the whole visit, this would easily be 5 stars.
