    Coffee

Was walking around and looked on Yelp to see this place pop up. So decided to check it out and enjoy something from here. Ube latte which was delicious and flavorful. I would say if you are into Ube this could be the spot for you! This coffee shop is also in the Marriott hotel in the lobby area. Was not hard to find. But I did walk here so I'm not quite sure about the parking situation.

I only came across Ali'i coffee on one of my last days in Oahu unfortunately. It's located in the Courtyard by Marriott, which I didn't realize so initially I walked right past it. I stopped by early in the morning, hoping to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately, there was a long line ahead of me already at ~6:30am. Most of their customers are probably people staying the the hotel or very close by, so it's easy and quick for them to just get out of bed and head over. I would have loved to try out more of their coffees, like the taro cube, but I went with the classic royal honey latte. For food, I got the breakfast sandwich, which had egg, ham, cheese, avocado, tomato, onion, and chili aioli on ciabatta bread. It also came with some chips. The sandwich was $18, so very steep, but it's also a lot of food, and it was really good. There's seating inside, but it's rather small and didn't feel so comfortable with a steady stream of people coming in and out. I ended up taking my latte and food out into the seating area of the hotel off of the lobby. There were a lot of people meeting up there before they headed off to their group's activities, so after eating a bit of my food, I actually took the rest to go. I wish I had discovered this place earlier so I could really enjoy their food and drinks in a more relaxed manner!

During my stay at the Courtyard, Ali'i became the de facto choice for the first morning's coffee due to its proximity. Located in the lobby, this place opens up early. We tried the Ube Latte the first day and man it was good. While there were so many other options in Waikiki for morning breakfast and coffee, we just went going back every day for the rest of our stay for our first caffeine of the day. Their caramel coconut latte was good too but not as great as the Ube latte. They use locally sourced Kona beans too. The staff were super polite and accommodating as well. While they do have a seating area, it's small but also never crowded. If you are in Waikīkī, this cafe is worth a try!

We stayed at the courtyard by Marriott and the entrance is conveniently located in the lobby. I had the banana float latte and it was so delicious! Service is fast and friendly and they offer kamaaina discount too! My son had their açaí bowl and he gobbled it all r

On the ground floor of the Courtyard Waikiki. Friendly service and nice, although a little small, interior. They can get really busy around 7:30 am, so good to get in before then is possible. The taro-ube latte (hot) is very good. TheAli'l michigan waffle, and avocado toast were also very good.

During peak times, be prepared to wait for your order. Their coffee can be a little pricey, but since they're conveniently located, I don't mind the wait to get my morning coffee fix here.

The only place opened nearby our hotel in the AM. I woke up extra early while on vacay and of course I love my morning coffee. This was only a few blocks away. I ordered a ube latte and avocado toast. They were both absolutely delicious. There's red pickled onions in the toast making it come together perfectly. My tastebuds were dancing!! I loved it! There was a line when I got there and the sun wasn't even out yet. But I can see why people come here. Service is quick and the food is very good.

We came here a few times over our stay and it was wonderful every time. The ube flavored coffee drinks was delicious and so was the matcha. The yogurt cup was so light and filling and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. The chips, so flavorful with hot honey. The staff were also so kind. The space is a bit small, but it's cute.

Small cafe in a hotel, convenient for anyone staying but also a solid location close to everything. Service was great, super friendly. Strawberry Matcha Latte - good balance of ingredients, solid flavor when mixed! Only downside was the matcha being somewhat powdery and not whisked very well. There were some clumps at the bottom but the sips at the top were great.

Very nice people here. I like that they have a friend of the week (a furry friend!) Their ube latte is strong!! Very strong ube flavor, yum! It is located inside a hotel so the cafe is a little small with limited seating.

Was looking to grab some coffee before exploring and this place was down the street from my airbnb. Saw they had a taro ube latte and I was immediately sold. First - the rich, deep color is gorgeous. I've never had anything ube with such a dark purple color. I would say the looks match the taste. The flavor is very rich and strong so keep that in mind. Overall delicious!

This coffee shop is tucked in the Courtyard Marriott. I love all things ube so i had to try their ube latte which i really liked although it is on the sweeter side. I also got their lomi salmon on an everything bagel and it was a nice lil brekkie. Service is great and didn't have to wait long for our order. Will definitely be back!

Local breakfast sandwich & iced salted honey cinnamon latte.

I wanted a good breakfast so I asked the hotel staff and they actually said go to the café downstairs. I had the iced salted cinnamon honey latte & the local breakfast sandwich. It had Portuguese sausage, red onion, tomato & egg on a croissant. It was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've had. The staff is super friendly. Shout out to the ladies and gent who gave me some cool hikes. Btw that pillbox hike was no joke.

My 3 star review mostly coming from the fact that they don't have a bathroom available until 11am because it's shared with the duty free store next door. Not even sure if that's legal, but a bathroom should absolutely be available during their opening hours. Had to leave rushing to find a bathroom nearby. However, good for working with good WiFi and ample seats.

Coffee was their jam and it was a great experience. I ordered a decaf mocha latte. It was nice as it wasn't too sweet. The amount of milk was balanced and imparted a perfect creaminess. So, it tasted like a perfect cup of hot chocolate, but that is what you would expect for ordering a mocha latte. The mouthfeel was nice, medium in my opinion; just right. The steam wand was purged and cleaned straightaway. The art on top of the drink was nice until I messed it up by letting it slosh around too much before taking the picture. Next time I'll do the espresso to see how the unadulterated flavors of the coffee hit the palate. I want to taste the flavor notes of the coffee itself. The shop is clean and tidy and the menu is straightforward. The owner helped me at the counter and the way he interacted with me by providing options, opinions and asking my preferences clearly showed his passion for his business and for his coffee, which I definitely appreciated. If you want a nice cuppa joe with knowledgeable and friendly service, check this place out and give it a try. While I usually brew my own espressos and other coffee drinks, I'll gladly stop by here again to sample some more local grown, roasted and brewed coffee with some aloha to go with it.
