Alina has done both my and my 70 year old mom's eyebrow microblading and I highly recommend!! She truly has an eye for perfection when it comes to shaping the brows and makes them still look natural. My mom had tattooed eyebrows before and she was able to correct the color and previous work. She uses a great numbing gel before so you hardly feel the procedure. She is sweet, attentive, and very responsive.
I LOVE Alina. I thought my eyebrows were decent prior to going to her but I realized I was wrong. LOL. My old brows made my face look droopy. She did an AMAZING job fixing them and I'm looking forward to future visits with her over the years. I have never been happier with how my eyebrows look in my life. They really do give you confidence and change the look of your face when a professional does them. I recommended her to all of my friends and family! I even made an appointment for my Mom.
Alina was great at reshaping my eyebrows which were crooked with prior ombre work. She recommended the microblading, which i was afraid of, because then one I had 10 years ago caused bleeding and a lot of pain! Alina's technique is gentle, and there was NO pain or bleeding. The pic is from my touchup, and it turned out perfect! I have already recommended her to several friends! Thank you, Alina! You are the best!!
First and foremost Alina is the BEST! She was professional, and followed CDC guidelines. Her hospitality was very warming. She made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through every step and didn't start until I approved of my shape and size. At first I was nervous because I didn't know if it would hurt or not. Thank Goodness I didn't feel a thing! I actually slept the whole time and even snored a bit LOL I am beyond happy with how my brows turned out!! No more drawing them in and being uneven. If you are looking for the perfect microblading or combo -- seriously, this is it. I have done all my homework, compared sooooo many technicians and price. I would say Alina is the BEST you can get. This is not the first microblading I have done. And I was beyond impressed by her skills. With the little hair I have, she created this natural look and fullness that was not expected! Plus ! I trusted Alina based on the good reviews to do my eyebrows. I told her exactly what I want and showed her many pictures and I also told her what I don't want. I explained to her that I want a soft Microshading, Medium brown with arch. My eyebrows were pitch black after she finished my eyebrows, I was really worried but she said " I promise you I used Medium brown" and the color will change. It has been 2 months now and my eyebrows look awful. It's bluish dark grey, uneven ( it was from the beginning which I mentioned it to her), one side is longer then the other side and the arch is cut down not as round as the other side. I paid $650 with tips to do not have to do my eyebrows every single morning, but now it looks so awful that I had to buy powder to cover her mistakes , and she told me " I am human and I do mistakes". I went to see her after 2 months to show it to her and she said she really likes the results. She pushed the mirror in my face at least 10 times and she said "look it's brown , don't listen to anybody else". She talked to me like I am blind and cannot differentiate black from brown. I asked her 3 times" is this medium brown to you?. She answered "Yes" then I told her, " I am sorry Alina I don't want to hurt your feeling but you need to check out your eyes with a doctor" . My hair is blond and I look so ugly with this uneven, dark eyebrows. It's Not me who I see in the mirror. Everybody around me told me how I ruined my face. Alina said I can send my lawyer to her which I promise I will!!! She ruined my face for years!!! Yes she offered she can add some orange to fix the color, but would you trust somebody who did exactly what I told her I don't want??? Don't be fooled, all the pictures on her instagram are made with filters/ photoshop. Mine actually looks pretty good on her page, but you have to see it in real life!!! She also spent less then 2 hours with me ( consultation and microshading). All my friends who have perfect eyebrows said their eyebrow technician spent 3-4 hours measuring every mm in their face, showed them the color they will use. Alina did not show me or match the color to my face at all nor measured!!! Shame on you Alina!!! You couldn 't get either the color nor the shape right that I asked for. The first picture I sent it to her to show her different color browns from dark to medium and my eyebrows look nothing like them. Answer for you: "be fair when posting a picture"- are you saying that I photoshopped mine??? Why would I do that? You actually made this "crooked brows" yes you did, why do you think I am so angry??? You are the one who defend yourself!!! I don't like to write bad reviews unless I am really pissed!!! You messed up my face that I have to cover up every single day!!! And you call yourself and artist??? So now you are saying that my eyebrow is awful and discolored??? Yes mam you did that, that's what you did for me!!! I am 100% honest !!!! What do you think is my intent here, honestly??? I have enough money that I don't need yours for sure!!! I told you I wanted my money back because I paid 550$ for something that I didn't ask for and now will have to live with that for at least 3 years until it fades!!! "I gave you beautiful set of brows " - I look like a scary person with my blond hair and black eyebrows, everybody around me ask me why did I do such thing with myself???? Of course you are not going to admit face to face that my eyebrow looks bad, why would you? However you did here in the comment "why does it look so awful and discolored"-so thank you for admitting!!! Take responsibility for your mistakes!!! The day when you did my eyebrows you told me you were sick, just came home from Asia and you were feeling jet -lagged and you didn't sleep. I can imagine that you were tired and that's why you made a mistake, but please learn to own your mistakes just as much as your success!!! You offered me a correction which I refused because you were keep lying to me that you used medium brown which you didn't. Anybody can tell from far that my eyebrows are black!!! I don't trust you to touch my face again!!!
Alina is an amazing artist. The pictures speak for themselves! She wants what's best for you and she will make sure you are happy about it. She doesn't settle for what the measurements say and she will make sure the right eyebrows fit your face. Alina has a bubbly personality which makes the whole process easier. I love her professionalism and at the same time, you can see that her friendliness is sincere. On top of all that, she was very understanding and was able to accommodate me in terms of my schedule. Her response time is fast and her terms are clear. I was able to schedule an appointment within 15 minutes of messaging with her.
I came to Alina's for a wispy hybrid full set after being recommended by a couple my coworkers that have gotten their lashes done by her. Their lashes always looked so good, so I went ahead and scheduled an appt with her, she did have a short wait for availability to fit me into her schedule. I had my appt scheduled for 12pm, I did show up a couple minutes behind for my appt, however she was still in with the previous client before me. No big deal, I understand appts can run a little behind. Went in for my appt, the appt went great. When we got done I looked at the time it hadn't been an hour since I was in there. Again no big deal. I left went about my day, it wasn't until the next night I would wake up in the middle of the night with my lashes bothering me. I've gotten my lashes done plenty times before and I've never had this issue at all. I decided to wait it out, I figured I would adjust to them. 3 days go by and they're still bothering and poking my lash lid. I contact Alina on the 4th day and I let her know I've been having irritation and the lashes are poking my lash line. She responds back to me asking if I've combed them throughly and that's sometimes loose lashes can hurt the lash line of it's not brushed and twisted. I responded back letting her know that I have been brushing them daily, the lashes poking me aren't loose lashes it's lashes still attached to my lashes. She did not respond back. I'm truly upset, I had such high hopes and expectations especially paying for a wispy hybrid full set, I won't be coming here again. This is a picture of one of the lashes that I managed to take off, it was hurting so bad I could not take it. As you can see those were 2 lashes glued together on my ONE LASH!

Just got my eyebrows micro bladed for the first time and I'm SO HAPPY I finally took the plunge. I've wanted to get microblading down for years but kept putting it off until now. Alina does amazing work! This was my 1st time trying microblading and I'm loving the results. I've been drawing in my eyebrows for nearly 15 years. I have very thin and light eyebrows and not much form to them. I was nervous microblading would be to harsh and I waited a long time to try. After searching Yelp I came across Alina and I really loved the before and after pictures there were to go off of. I was able to see a lot of different types of brows and all of her work looked amazing. From my experience she communicated prices and preparation for my appointment all beforehand. There was no issue with that like some other reviews had said. She put everything in a text that was easy to understand. I will definitely be going back. I'm in LOVE with my eyebrows and it's not to harsh for my light hair color. Went back to Alina for my annual touch up, and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER. She is a pure and relaxed person. You can tell she absolutely loves interacting with her clients. I love love the work she does. Especially right now with the COVID concerns going around, she takes extra precautions in making sure her clients safety is a number 1 priority. Just got my eyebrows today about 2 hrs ago. I must say I'm a lil tender. The procedure was not bad at all. Yes when the initial strokes go into to your brow line you can hear it. I had a tiny bit of pain towards the tail of my brow during the microblading but, Alina did a great job. She is quick and i could feel her strokes were consistent. I need to get use to my much thicker brows. I've drawn them on for years so, my brows were more like a line. I got home nervous when I showed my boyfriend. Was not sure if he'd like the change. Guess what? He says they really look great!! Phew relieved his opinion matters to me. Anyways I know there are places that are cheaper to get your brows done like $200. It was my first time getting my eyebrows microbladed and I was very nervous. I had A LOT of questions about the procedure and Alina was very patient and quick to respond. The process hurt a little and an hour after, but let me just say IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I LOVE my brows!!! I was recommended by my hair stylist to go to Alina and I totally am forever thankful he did. Alina was so professional and sweet. Super happy with the results! Alina did an amazing job, she's super nice to talk to, and I trusted her 100% from start to finish. I would recommend Alina to everyone and anyone in the San Diego area. Getting any form for cosmetic work will always be different from person to person, and how your body takes the numbing cream is also different for everyone, however, Aline made sure to keep me comfortable and explained everything as she was going through the process. I felt the first layer and felt like sneezing, but after she applied more cream, before the second layer and touch ups, I felt absolutely nothing. Alina is amazing! I had micro blading done about 3 years ago that had faded. I found her on Yelp with great reviews and her before/after pictures kept coming up on my Instagram. I met Alina at my best friend's wedding. I saw how beautiful she made my best friend looked on her wedding day. Two years later, it was my turn to look for a makeup artist. I wanted to find skillful makeup artist who is true professional. I called Alina and immediately scheduled a trial run with her. Our appointment was at 7 am in the morning. I scheduled it that early because I wanted to make sure my makeup last throughout the day. And it sure did. I had a engagement photo shoot on the same day at 6pm in the afternoon, and my makeup last until my shoot. Four months later, it was the day of my wedding. Since my wedding ceremony started at 9 AM and my best friend also wanted Alina to do her hair and makeup, Alina said that she will show up at 5AM to work on both on us. Was she on time? Yes, she was. Did she do a good job? She did an excellent job. She gave me a more natural look in the morning. My make up and hair was done beautifully. After three ceremonies, 1 luncheon, and 1 bridal party photoshoot, I was exhausted by 6pm. Though my makeup still looked beautiful, I was so glad that Alina came back and refreshing up my look for my reception. At 6pm, she met up with me again to give me a more dramatic and glamorous look for my reception. She changed my hairstyle to match my new look. Having a different look and hairstyle was my energy boost. With my new look, I was ready to show up the new look and hairstyle to my guests and party my night away.. I love Alina. I can't answer for Alina, but I will tell you that I got the microblading/ombré combo since I have sparse eyebrows. It looks sooooo awesome. So worth it. I seriously have great eyebrows now. Alina is the best in the business.
