I opted for a two-item combo with rice, tocino and laing. My order was slightly below $16 and they also take card. The laing was not spicy but truly savory, not dry and flavorful. (Beware: you'll always need to pair laing with the provided steamed rice). The tocino was pretty tender and sweet. The chicken tinola was truly comforting and tasty.
