We stopped by Ethan's Belly Boink for dinner one evening, right as they were about to close, but they warmly welcomed us anyway. We ordered the sisig and the lechon, and both were outstanding, but the lechon truly blew us away. It had the most flavorful, juicy meat and the crispiest, most perfectly seasoned skin we've ever had in the US. It genuinely felt like a taste of home. The service was just as wonderful. Kristel was incredibly friendly and attentive, and we even got to meet the owner, Zaldy, who treated us like family. He even surprised our son with ice cream which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and has a welcoming vibe. We loved that they have karaoke too and we ended up singing along and had a great time. Ethan's Belly Boink is a true hidden gem. We'll definitely be back soon read more

Not sure what others' experiences have been, but ours was unfortunately not a great one. We ordered several rice plates, and they were brought out one at a time. One person had to start eating first, and halfway through their meal another plate arrived, and so on. What was most disappointing was that the Bangus Sisig didn't come out until everyone had already finished their rice plates. Went here to try this Filipino restaurant that my wife's Yelp friends recommended, it's very small inside but it feels very homey. I ordered what I'm craving for, got the PORK SISIG, PANCIT BIHON with Lechon Kawali, LECHON PORK BELLY with GARLIC fried rice ( Cebuchon ) Combo. I have no complaints about their food because they're all delicious. The food here is well made and each dish is very tasty. The Customers here are also friendly, a group of people behind us celebrating a birthday and came to us to offer us to join them in their Karaoke group but we really had to go coz it was already late and we don't want to get tangled up in the Traffic. It was a super busy day, the place had an event going on so we ended up sitting next door in their sister restaurant. The dining area is small but nice and cozy. Yelp has once again done it! Belly Boink randomly appeared on my page and so I decided to give it a try. What a gem hidden in plain sight! My order tasted just as good as I would have imagined. I got the Lechon Belly, aka Cebuchon, and my two sides were garlic rice and French fries. The cebuchon was perfect: not too greasy, seasoned just right and amazingly crispy. Can you see how generous they were with my servings? The garlic rice was really good. The fries were crunchy and delicious. All was paired well with their house made liver sauce. Small parking lot but we were able to quickly find a spot. Some street parking around if it's full. Ethan's has two placed in this strip mall. The other restaurant has more dessert options. This is a pick-your-plate type restaurant. Pre-made dishes are behind the glass and the servers there fill your container. It's half filled with two scoops of white rice. Most of the dishes have names by the glass, a few didn't. I always get the pancit and it is very tasty here. You're second choice will depend on what's presented on the day you visit. They have a single bathroom that's locked. The key is by the register. My wife is from the Philippines and thought the food was good. We'll stop in again if we are in the area. Went here for karaoke night. It was so much FUNNNNN..... we had bangus sisig and other pika pika. My son enjoyed the halo-halo. Not a big spot. Very cozy. Honestly this spot is seriously underrated! First of all their price and proportions are really good, the food itself was fresh and crispy. We got their crunchy lechon pork belly and grilled squid and it was so soft and tender. If you're Filipino you know everyone takes "Baon" (leftovers) home, it made clean up very easy because all the trays were empty. Friends and I were at the Filipino Independence Day event and saw Ethan's Belly Boink with a long line, so we decided to try it. We waited an hour in line and wanted to share between different Entrees, I ordered the Crispy Pork Sisig for $14. More than half the container is rice and the "crispy" pork Sisig was not crispy at all. I ended up only taking a few bites and frying it at home myself since it was not crispy and gelatinous.
