Small shop that serves up fresh bakery items in the morning. They also have several snack items like chips and sky flakes. Their warm pandesal goes a long way on a rainy morning. They have hot food and food to go. They also have a couple of tables inside. They do offer catering. Customer service is friendly and parking is super easy.

The dinuguan and goto is their specialty. Don't buy the okoy or fresh lumpia.

I love a place that lets you customize your ramen pretty well and here you definitely can. Your noodle firmness, toppings and add ons, seasonings, etc. Black Garlic: Get! The regular tonkotsu is good too but this one is where the flavor is at. Just an amazingly flavorful broth combined with very firm noodles to give it that extra bite and mmmmm this just makes my day. One of my absolute favorite ramen bowls. Seriously; the tonkotsu is so creamy and tasty. The…read moreservice is fast and efficient, and the food is so good! I used to frequent shin sen gumi regularly but the lines are always outrageous there. Hakata Ikkousha doesn't have lines, at least the times I've been and the ramen is just as good as sin sen gumi. My family and I love to frequent here because we know what to expect. I will say on my latest visit, the ambiance was not it. Why? Well, because while everything else was on par, the music selection was highly inappropriate for a restaurant. Tupac's unedited Hit 'em Up was playing loud as we sat and ate, i had my kids with me. Look, I'm by no means a snowflake and hyper-sensitive to profanity-laced music, but this was completely unexpected at a family-friendly restaurant. I still plan to eat here in the future, but I just wasn't feeling the vibes during the last visit.
