The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and guided me into the best service possible for the car. At no point did they try to rip me off or oversell me on an unnecessary paint job add-on's/sealants. After a couple weeks, I came back and was blown away. The car looks brand new and it is insane how they managed to turn what was once a junkyard looking car into a brand new one. The cost was very reasonable and the paint job was amazing. While there is never really a positive aspect of needing to get collision work done and worrying about how bad it could look afterwards, the reason I went out of my way to drive an hour to Fairfield was because he did similar excellent work on my 2007 Corvette over 14 years ago. As soon as it happened this time (idiot teenage son of my neighbor backed into the car and was about to drive away) I immediately told the insurance company that George was the only person I wanted working on it. After calling to tell him about the accident, he said he was backed up at the moment but would be able to squeeze me in since I was a repeat customer. He also surprised me by remembering the exact details of my Corvette from all those years ago. He got the repair done very promptly and sent me progress pictures along the way so I could see how it was coming along. I was also kept in the loop with regards to him communicating to both the appraisal and insurance companies. The driver's door was what got damaged and although it would have been quicker for him to probably order a new door, he took the time to fix it knowing the car would hold its value better with all the original parts. He also managed to limit the amount of painting that was required to just the fender and half of the door by blending it. I was skeptical at first about having blended paintwork but as you can see from the pictures you can't tell the difference. Additionally, he made sure that both the color and texture of the replacement paint matched the factory paint which is something I don't believe most shops care about or even know how to do. The car hadn't been waxed or polished in some time so I was worried about getting it back with only a couple panels that were shiny and the rest, not so much. No problem thanks to George as he gave me a great deal on detailing and polishing the entire car so the whole thing looks as good as shown in the pictures. Hopefully I won't need his services again anytime soon, but I would absolutely go back again as I would highly recommend him.

The whole process was smooth and transparent. I was blown away at how good the repairs looked. The doors look like new now and the blending of the old and new paint is almost undetectable. Nino assisted me and did the initial check-in of my car. He pointed out some scratches that we didn't notice must've happened when s*felight replaced it, so he added that onto the initial repair that was being done. I really appreciated how Nino made me feel like I was being taken care of by family since he offered to help fix something that we didn't even come in for, but happened when the same incident occurred. When we picked up my car, we got to meet with Nino again! He went over everything that was done line-by-line and let us know that he even detailed it for us and cleaned up the broken glass that s*felight left behind. I got sad because I thought I lost Groot in the interior detailing process, but I guess Nino decided to leave him with BB-8! Loved finding that.
