Very shady company. I brought my car in there. I told him it was making a noise. They told me they would make sure everything was fixed. Give my car back making the same damn noise. I told him for the value of the car I feel like it should be totaled and he was like no we can fix it for like $7000. It would have to be about $12,000 to total my car and then I just got the final bill. It was still $12,000 and they didn't fix the noise and now I just got a car that needs a bunch of work to it done still thanks a lot guys drove yet but I have a achy feeling that the back tire is gonna line up and I'm just gonna be a whole world other damn expenses but as long as they got there a little bit of money that's all they give a shit about. read more

Not only do they provide amazing customer service and communicate clearly with the customer so we can understand everything, they are extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable about cars. So happy I went with these guys. I don't always rely on yelp to find services because reviews can be paid and I went on a few diff sites and they had good reviews... happy I took the risk because my car was messed up in three diff spots and they were so amazing my car literally looks NEW!!!!!! the paint is immaculate the dents under the bumper are gone and the side door, and I have to say they sanitized everything due to Covid, my car was cleaner than when I brought it in the first time. Not honest . Customer service has to improve their skills, how to not lye to people over the phone. Don't say on the phone that you can fix problem ( that was in detail explained to you over the phone), and make people to drive to your place, then you say " sorry we "did"a lot of this kind of repair, but we cannot do it because it is hard to fix it" . If you are not gonna or cannot do repair just be honest on the phone at first place, say that you don't know how to fix certain things, and don't make people to drive to your body shop and then say no, I cannot fix this problem. Just be honest to people and tell them what you Can and Cannot do. I wouldn't recommend this body shop. Too risky to trust them. I just wasted my time to drive there. Frustrated. read more

When getting any type of work done for your vehicle, you want 2 business characteristics at the top of the list: 1) Customer Service / Easy Communication. Bash has done a great job and can listen to you and solve all your doubts. I live one hour from Peabody Auto Body and work during their business hours. If necessary, they will work with your schedule, I try not to make it a habit, but they have always accommodated me and never urge me to leave. 2) End result If you care about how well the vehicle is put back together and how long the workmanship will last, their work is beyond excellent. The panels are perfectly aligned; in fact some panels were re-aligned better than the previous shop who worked on my car. Paint ... smooth, bright, uniform and matches in different lightings day/night. They go over their COMPLETE work with you and have photos of the process to completion. If he thinks there is a more optimal way to complete the work, especially if the suggested time frame changes, Bash will always contact me. Bash and the wizards behind him take the time to make sure you get what you want and deliver the service that exceed your expectations. (Some credibility for my review.. I do extensive vehicle detailing from wet-sanding, compounding, and polishing... I used to strip and re-work vehicle interiors for a living) The bottom line, if I can't do it myself.
