These people are rip-offs, as a new home buyer, I was already covered the my escrow company, yet knowing this they still charged me 1,400, Beth said she was very familiar with v.a. loans. If she was very familiar, she should of known that I was already covered. Yet they took my money anyway. When the V.A. found out, they told me I was already covered, so I canceled this insurance less than 1 month later, after promises by Andrew of a refund, Beth promised to make it right and send a refund. I GOT NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND. they illegally KEPT MY MONEY, im not done with these Theives, they will soon hear from the Fed's. Don't waste your time with these Theives. I don't even remember how I ended up with this brokerage but it's very hard to Insure Big Bear properties, so ALL I ever want is to be able to renew my policy with an insurance company that will take us. Anyway, I have cringed ever single year at the thought of having to deal with Andrew. He is Without a doubt the most Inconsistent, difficult, and argumentative person that I've had to do business dealings with. It was the worst process I have ever dealt with trying to get an estimate for insurance with Beth. I even told her someone was referring me to her. WOW! No communication and she knew I had no insurance on 6/1 but did she check in and say things were delayed? No. She emails back on the 9th requesting more and more information that could have all been provided up front if she know the process. TERRIBLE! From the start! I never felt like a client she wanted just someone she had to deal with because I was a referral of a big client. I will let them know a big joke! Go elsewhere. read more

I used to try not to think about insurance because it was one of those things you had to have, it was expensive, it was confusing, and I basically hated it. Then I was referred to Andrew and Beth at Alitt Insurance Agency by a friend of mine, and insurance became something that was easy, affordable, and genuinely helpful. Andrew made switching insurance providers super easy. I was able to insure my car, motorcycle, and get renter's insurance all for less than what I was paying for auto insurance alone. He explained the policies in a way that made sense, and helped me choose the right amount of coverage. No one wants to actually have to file an insurance claim, but that did happen to me. I got mugged in NYC and filed a claim through the renter's insurance to reduce my loss. She will usually call you or email you right back, and if she can't get you the info you need right away, she will acknowledge the inquiry and let you know when she will be able to get back to you. Andrew Hernandez gave me a quote and helped me save over $240 off of my 6 month premium over USAA. A few months later one of my vehicles was in an accident and Andrew contacted me to make sure that everyone was okay. Insurance rates don't get better than this. I pay so little that the first thing that others ask me is if I have full coverage - and when they hear yes their jaw drops. Andrew always immediately responds to me, and conveniently I can just send him a text of what I need if I'm at work and don't have time to talk. Everything gets done immediately. Luckily I haven't been in an accident in many years, which at the time I had my insurance through Beth. She made everything easy to deal with and I received a check for more than what I originally paid for the car. Talk about awesome! And I know that Andrew would provide the same service, if not better. Unfortunately, everybody I know refuses to change insurance providers - that is their loss!
