I go home every year for a week during the holidays. I usually get a sign up for a week pass at one of the local gyms, which is what I did this year. I won't name the local gym that I went to, but they did not offer what I was looking for this time around. I'm on vacation, I don't have the self discipline to do a FULL balls to the wall workout. I needed somebody OR something to challenge me...HA, I found it at Underground Fitness. I am a BOOTCAMP junkie, I'm willing to try something new at least once to give my honest opinion. Let's just say that I wasted my time signing up for that week pass at that OTHER facility. I could have spent my entire vacation here at this place. Very friendly spot, I was approached by Caden, he gave me the run down of their facility. Super duper nice, he was in the middle of his workout, stop to assist me and sign me in...then he left me in the care of MIGUEL. Don't let that SMILE fool you, HA-HA-HE-HE-HELL then you find yourself running 2 laps. Yep, that's what I said, 2 laps...and that was warm up. I'm complaining b/c I think that is the most running I've done in ALL year. Hell, that was a good workout, I was ready to go home after that. Short of saying I was GEEKED...kind of...ok, really I was talking so much $hit in my head. This HURT so good, I could not catch breath, I was walking around w/ my hands on my hips and $hit. I was shooting all types of EVIL glares are the trainer. See and my folks think I be talking $hit when I say "I feel you", see y'all I go out and do research for you. I go out and get my A$$ handed on a sliver platter so I can come back serve your A$$ES on a silver plate. PAY IT FORWARD, lol. The workout was amazing, I love intense interval training. From the time the warm up started till the last go around outside I was dripping sweat. That last go around was 7 LAPS I may add and I felt every damn lap. I really like this place for the very inviting friendly atmosphere. No BS, really genuinely nice people, I felt really comfortable as if I was a regular to their facility. Not only the trainers but also the regulars, no intimidation, I didn't feel left out it was as if I was in my own BOOTCAMP class here in vegas. I went to 2 sessions, but now everytime I go home for a visit UNDERGROUND FITNESS will definitely be a place I will stop by while there. Go check them out, you will not regret it...I promise if I still lived in MoVal I would be signing up for a full membership. Talk about FAST results, this place will give the results that you are looking for...oh yea and SIDEBAR I can't speak for the participants but the TRAINERS are OCR junkies, their medals are displayed on the wall. I have been going to gyms for over 30 years, and unfortunately this has been one of the worst…read morefitness centers I've ever joined. They began signing people up around July 2024 before the gym was even open. I joined specifically because the salesperson told me they would be offering water aerobics. As of today, there are still no water aerobics classes included with membership. I asked an employee about it and was told the only option is a personal water aerobics session at $40 per class, and they only offer two per month. So instead of an included class, it would cost an extra $80 each month, which is completely misleading compared to what I was promised. On top of that, I referred three friends who all signed up within a month of each other, I was told--by the manager back in October 2025--that I qualified for a free year of membership, which I was not awear of and he even set it up for me. Despite that, I received notices from PayPal that EOS was attempting to charge me $24.99 for this February and March 2026. Not only is my regular membership supposed to be $19.99, but I shouldn't have been charged anything because of the free‑year promotion. They also increase the membership fee without notifying me. When I asked about it, I was told I actually didn't qualify for the free year because "all three referrals didn't sign up in the same month." I was never informed of this requirement, and it is not written anywhere. So why did the manager tell me I qualified? Why would it be set up on my account, only to later claim I don't meet the requirements? This company has poor communication, makes misleading promises to get members in the door, and seems to have very little regard for its customers. The saying "You Get What You Pay For" truly applies here. I would gladly pay more for a gym membership that actually communicates honestly and delivers what it promises. EōS really need to check its policy and be a little more considerate of their members.

This location is spacious and has plenty of equipment. It includes a pool and basketball court, but I haven't used either yet. The equipment seems well maintained although there is usually a piece of equipment that is marked for servicing. The staff all seem nice and there is one gentleman who I think works weekends and is good about cleaning. Honestly this is one of my favorite locations due to the layout and spaciousness, but they really need to work on the cleaning aspect. There was a really bad body odor smell in the men's locker room the last time I was there. Also a few times I have been there the pool or jacuzzi has been out of service but they are good about communicating to Members and servicing quickly. Aside from that no complaints. I just wish there were locations closer to me because driving the 25-30 mins it takes me to get there makes it hard to get a workout in during the week. Really love this location on the weekends as it's not too crowded most times.

These girls that supposedly check bathrooms don't clean them u see hair balls inside all the sinks to wash your hands. You also have this African American tall girl closing sauna and steam room 30 minutes before closing this happened on june 30,2026 she did not say a word she just decided to open both doors tie them together with the rubber things they have and walk away this was 30 minutes before closing.

Its cooler outside than inside the gym in the evenings. Customer service needs to be worked on. Staff isn't always friendly nor approachable. TV channels are not the greatest, one screen is playing scenes from Sex In The City while the screen next to it is an evangelical channel or you have the home shopping network. Machines are ok, been to other surrounding PF locations and have newer more modern machines with personal fans and Bluetooth capabilities. Glad summer is over, at times with all the high schoolers working out for free seemed like exactly that, a high school gym. Groups of teens around the machines, letting the weights slam, wearing non appropriate shoes like house slippers and water shoes to work out....injury waiting to happen.
