I ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad. The avocado was rock hard, the chicken tasted off, and there were visibly rotted pieces of lettuce mixed into the salad. It didn't arrive until the rest of my party had already finished eating. I've had this dish here before, and this version wasn't anywhere near the quality I remembered. The server even brought me a to-go box without asking because, at that point, everyone else was done and ready to leave. When the bill came, the salad was removed, but I was charged full price for the replacement entrée--even though it was served so late that I barely had a chance to eat it. What was most disappointing wasn't the food itself, but how the situation was handled. There was no apology, no manager stopped by, and no effort to make things right. For the prices Cooper's Hawk charges, I'd expect much better food quality and customer service.
