I now have back & mobility issues, but Evon takes great care not only with my aged, tender hands, but also with seating me to ensure I am comfortable, and she continues her concerns and care for me throughout my time in her salon. This was my first time here all of the reviews I read said this was a great place to go. It is 213 in the afternoon. They only have one technician in here and I was told that they did not have time to do a manicure pedicure. I've come to see Evon for years and so of course when I got married I had to get the best quality nail service for my wedding. I think I have FINALLY found my nail spa home. I wasn't too thrilled with Sandy's skills the first time I went, so on my 2nd visit I tried Yvonne. She was a hit! Unfortunately, they were so sloppy and just didn't know how to do amanicure, pedicure or dip powder nails. My nails were lumpy and toes were cut in an uneven shape. I brought it to their attention. There is the story... As I walked into the Spa I didn't feel they are welcome me at all; because the lady saw me and still talking on her cell phone. When they ask me to pick a color that I like I told her I'm ganna show her a picture. The lady was so rude and said:"picture?!!! Ai... No, Picture!!!! Hehehe... Picture!!!!" I have to update my review ~ and rating. I've been a regular at Naturabella for almost a year now and I am a huge fan!! First, the spa is very nice. Extremely clean, chic with a minimalist style...music playing in the background and the soothing sounds of quiet conversation. There are no nauseating odors...and the overall energy is warm and comfy. The "girls" are uber nice ...Sandy, Yvonne and Mindy. Sandy does my nails and pedi ...while Yvonne does a super wax job. I am very picky about how my mani and pedi are done and they do not disappoint. The hot stone massage and paraffin wax are delicious. I'm not sure why someone felt the products were generic or cheap. I've found the creams etc to be great and my skin is beautifully moistened. Not to mention my pedi lasts forever! As for Yvonne and her magic wax ~ no one does a better a eyebrow arch . NatuaBella is a great place to go ... as clean as a doctor's office and the staff is great. Yvonne did my OPI Gel manicure and I had another lady for my pedicure. Both were great! I don't get gel or shellac on my toes and I loved that they had the matching polish for just about every OPI gel color. It has been 2 weeks since I went and my manicure still looks great! Obviously I have growth but other than that my nails look perfect still. I would greatly recommend this place to everyone looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing time while getting you mani/pedis. Oh and the prices you can't beat. Oh and BTW I got the deluxe pedi ... you get the works .. .hot stone massage and that massage lasts for a long time! Its great! This is the place to come for a wax. Yvonne is great! I've been coming here for years and took a little break because it's a 30min drive for me. I couldn't find anyone as good and precise as Yvonne. I have finally, after 3.5 years of being in Houston, found a place to go back to for beautiful nails! Evon was excellent, she's a perfectionist, which I like. I didn't have an appointment, I walked in, had a very short wait, had a choice of 3 gel brands (went with OPI and next time I'll try a different one). Evon put paint right down to my cuticle (also like!! I hate when manicurists leave a big gap and you have to go back quicker to get them re-done), she gave me 3 coats, cause 2 was too translucent. She took her time and did an excellent job, her prices are very reasonable, she's very friendly and the salon is gorgeous. Also loved the caffeine free diet coke!!!!! Today was the first time I've been to this place and the experience was amazing!! One of my friends told me I have to come here and see Evon or Sandy and I actually ended up getting them both. Evon was very nice I told her I wanted shellac manicure which I'd only had one other time and she did an amazing job she was very precise and actually put the shellac all the way up to my cuticle with no space in between which a lot of places do so you have to come back faster. Sandy was excellent as well I just had a french pedicure and it was definitely one of the best! She gave me a lot of advice on how to help my feet stay moisturized and looking great because I stand for over 10 hours a day at work and saying my feet get a little rough in between pedicures is an understatement . I love the shellac manis Evon did for me. I've gone to them twice now. Once for my wedding and now for my TV interview. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Evon's work. I took the pictures and you can see for yourself. The shellac french manicure lasted from 1/11/13 until 2/4/13. I moved all of my wedding supplies, move the tables, move the suit cases, clean, cook, and even wash dishes and they still lasted. I will definitely be returning for more mani and pedi. read more

I even left with my skin looking better after just one facial with them. I was doing some research to find a place in Houston (specifically Sugarland) to get my Mother a gift certificate for her Birthday. She's very picky about cleanliness and I was a little worried about randomly choosing a place for her to go for her massages and facials, I would never hear the end of it if she didn't like it. I then ran across NaturaBella. They are so nice and accommodating there. I was on the phone with them for a long time trying to figure out what exactly to get her. I wasn't sure if I should get one of their spa packages or a dollar amount for the card. But I ended up going with a Spa Package that included a 1-hr massage, a facial, and manicure and pedicure. I can absolutely agree with every positive review on here! I went there yesterday, for the first time, and Yvonne began prepping my nails while another lady changed the polish on my toes (I didn't have time for a full pedicure). I had called ahead and made an appointment earlier in the day. Due to traffic, I was running late; so when I called to let them know I was running late, that was not a problem. I walked in and they were ready to go and very helpful while I picked out some colors. Yvonne told me that the vinyl polish would last longer on my toes and was very up front with the additional $3 for the vinyl polish. I said that was great and they brought me to a pedicure chair. Yvonne was very friendly and asked me many questions about myself and my upcoming trip I had mentioned. As she applied the shellac, she was very meticulous and careful to make sure that all areas of my nails were evenly covered with polish. I have had some poor shellac manicures before and nothing drives me crazier than color that isn't evenly applied, so this was a great relief. I love the quality of work she did on my nails and will definitely return! The salon was clean and had a great ambience, which is important to me while getting my nails done. My new go-to place for nails! This was the most relaxing mani-pedi I have ever had in this area. The entire salon was much nicer, warm, and inviting than many others in the area. The eyebrow waxes are also amazing! I usually do the brow bar at ulta or Anastasia at Nordstroms, but this was definitely equal quality. I love this establishment. I've been coming here for the last 3 years and I have never been let down. It's nice, clean, and convenient. Although appointments aren't necessary, they accept them by email promptly which is an added bonus for me since I'm so busy throughout the day to call and I don't like waiting as a walk-in. Yvonne is a perfectionist. I always request her because she is the best at shellac manicures. You will NEVER see bubbles or imperfections on your nails with her. O my goodness where to begin. I came in to Houston for an event and wanted to get a pedicure. I used Yelp to help me find a good nail salon around the area, this was the first location on the list and it had high ratings so I made my way over. Upon arriving I was pleased with the cleanliness of the shop. I was immediately greeted and asked to pick out a color. I was impressed by the wide variety of colors that they have, that excitement soon turned to confusion when she informed me that a small section of neutral dull colors were free and if I wanted anything on the other side (nice vibrant colors) that would be three dollars extra. I was so confused I had never heard anything like this in my life!!! That should have been my que to leave but I went ahead and chose a color and made my way to my seat. She was able to talk me into getting the second highest priced pedicure that comes with the mud mask. Overall the massage portion of my pedicure was good, I was not satisfied however with how she treated the soles of my feet, she did not do a good job of making sure they were smooth. All that however is by the way, what is causing me to give this salon 2 out of 5 stars is the polishing job she did to my toes. It was not crisp and clean like I am used to at my shop back home. She was ready to send me to dry and I still had stray marks of polish around my toes, she quickly cleaned it up after I brought it to her attention. Then the slippers that they use are so cheap, on my way to put my feet under the lamp the shoe broke and got caught and my big toe scraped the machine causing the polish to smudge. Another lady who did not originally do my pedicure attempted to fix it and did a sloppy job the paint was lumpy and uneven because she did not want to start over and instead tried to paint over it. At that point I was just done and ready to get out of there. After this experience I know not to play around with these other salons and make sure my nails are done back home because these other salons just do not do it like mine. read more
