Water tests were confined with my own tester and the taste is pure and refreshing. The lady working there is very kind and helpful.

As an aging individual, I was advised to drink alkaline water to offset the increasing acidity in my system that produced inflamation---aching muscles and joints. Since those conditions already restricted my mobility, I tried alkaline water for relief. I added glucosamine with chondrite and turmeric with black pepper (both from Costco), collagen, and fiber powders. I have not felt this good in years! Alkaline water has me drinking more water daily, which I know is good for me and has been a struggle. Which does what?---I don't know or care. read more

Pros: Clean Facility Friendly and Knowledge staff Ph level was Alkaline 9-10ph tested it with my own kit (dark blue) Water clean station, so you don't contaminate from old water Water tastes fresh and light Waterfill station outside for after hours 2 gallon Discount card after so many refills I think after (20 gallons) Cons: Machine outside only takes dollar bills and debit card, I tried a Ten dollar bill several times with no luck, my card strip is damaged (my fault for letting my girlfriend borrow it for 1 week eeyyyyy ohhhh) Honorable mentions: the owner opened as I tried to get water outside he invited me in and dropped knowledge, also was friendly and did all the work even took the 5 gallon glass container which is heavy and buckled it up in my car lol safety first, I will continue to come here because the guy was so helpful and didn't try to rush me. read more

I couldn't wait to write this review. The service I received from Karen and Henry was exceptional. Their store has been open a mere 4 months, and it's really one of the few of its kind around my area in Long Beach. I love it when I feel like the store is doing me a greater service than I am for them by purchasing from them. They charge $2 per gallon for pH 9-10 alkaline water, that's the purest, cleanest water out there. I purchased the 5 gallon BPA free jug w spout and received a stamp card good towards 2 gallons of alkaline water for free after 20 purchases of 5 gallon refills. They even have a walk-up filtration system setup outside so that you can get refills after hours.
