I had done some research ahead of time and knew basically what I needed. Chuck came by and didn't try to sell us anything more than we needed. He was quick with testing the water, reviewing the space, and providing a quote. The quote was competitive and he answered all my questions with everything I was looking to understand. During the install day, the team showed a bit late but still made it. They got to work and did a very clean job. No mess and everything is neatly installed. All piping works for my space and doesn't require me to sacrifice my garage. The crew was professional and even made a wiring change when I requested. I couldn't believe they managed to get the equipment in the small space beside my existing shelves. I previously had an under the skin RO but decided to upgrade since mine was 10 years old. The new filtered water is great, not much better than the previous RO though. It does take significantly less space under the sink. The softened water is great too. I wouldn't drink it, it has a briny taste, but I've noticed significant improvements to my fixtures I'm trying to protect plus my hair feels so much nicer. I'm happy with the purchase and experience.

Martin G and Robert did an excellent job with the installation. They installed the water softener neatly in my garage, and I especially appreciated that they took the time to install a separate unfiltered water line to my backyard exactly as I requested. The workmanship was clean, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend West Coast Water Filtration to anyone looking for a reliable and professional water softener installation.

He came out to our home to determine if the house had separate lines for the house and the yard, (in which case it does). He also determined the house used to have a system and told me it would be a reletvely easy install as the regeneration waste drain was right on the other side of the wall of the garage where the soft water and chlorine filter tanks will sit. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. Oscar kept the schedule promise and came out himself for the scheduled time and happily installed the system. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales. Everything was installed with professionalism and cleanly done. I had a lot of question for Oscar during the install, and he took the time to answer them.

I've reached out to several companies but none of them was as straight forward and reasonably priced as these guys! I spoke with Raymond first then Joseph after when I was ready to proceed. They explained everything easily and to the point. We had our water softener and RO water filtration (under sink) installed last Thursday and what a difference these it has made! I love how soft the water feels and you honestly can feel the difference when washing your hands and showering. I wish we got one sooner. Btw, I had some questions afterwards and they answered everything patiently and friendly! I hope this company continues to grow and expand because their service and quality is great and I hope this review helps more people make their decision with going with these guys for their water softener and drinking system needs!

Nowhere in your response do you explain whether your technician actually verified that the original problem had been resolved. At no point did he ask me to taste the water with him, nor did he independently evaluate whether the water tasted normal after completing the service. Replacing filters is only one part of servicing a filtration system. Confirming that the customer's original complaint has been corrected is equally important. If I bring my car to a mechanic because the brakes are making noise, I don't simply expect new parts to be installed. I expect the mechanic to test-drive the vehicle to confirm the problem has been fixed. The same principle applies here. You also state that I failed to disclose that the system had been disconnected for several months. Even if that were true, it does not change your responsibility to verify that the water quality issue I hired you to resolve had actually been corrected before leaving my home. You mention that I voluntarily tipped your technician. I did. He spent a considerable amount of time at my home, and I appreciated his effort. A gratuity is a reflection of courtesy toward the technician--it is not confirmation that the service successfully resolved my problem. You also state that this is the first complaint. That is simply inaccurate. I have experienced poor-tasting water with this system for years, and this was not the first time I sought assistance regarding this issue. My review reflects a long-standing pattern, not a single isolated incident. Finally, your response spends considerable time discussing pricing, installation charges, and the timing of my review. None of those points address the fundamental issue: the water began tasting bad again almost immediately after spending over $780 on service. Rather than addressing whether the filtration system was actually producing clean, good-tasting water, your response focuses on my decision to leave a review. Consumers have every right to share their experiences, particularly after paying a substantial amount for a repair that did not resolve the original problem. My comparison to an automotive repair remains valid. Regardless of the industry, when a customer pays for a repair, the expectation is that the original complaint has been resolved. While the recommendation was probably justified due to the age of my tankless (13 yrs), the replacement costs and selling technique felt like a hard sell. When Phil was at the helm I felt no pressure to buy a whole new system or have expensive repairs done. This company didn't strike me the same way. Update: My 2nd quote was literally less than half the amount for a replacement unit. Not going to use Monkey Wrench again. This isn't the same company with the rave reviews, shop around.

The worked all morning and into the afternoon to make sure the unit met their high expectations and no lingering leakage. Stan took the time to explain some of the tank's operations as well as encouraging me to take time to learn about other features of this new unit...He also replaced our old dirty water filter...Wow!...Most impressive service and "going the extra mile."...Thank you. I also wish to express appreciation to Amber, who answers the company's phone line, for listening, taking messages, and connecting me to the right sources with any questions I have...She is great over the phone providing superior customer service.
