The tech came and supposedly did everything needed including a water test to verify cleanliness of our water. Total $500!! Afterward the filter looked exactly the same like it hadn't been touched- orange-ish on top and full of brown crud. After calling and texting back and forth they agreed it didn't look clean, that we should take it apart and clean it per some instructions they sent us. When saying to them shouldn't this have been done during our maintenance appt? They then said yes it was done (which is a lie)... also why send us directions to take it apart if it was already done? Anyway we followed their directions which ended up being semi-difficult but washed out the orange slime and sediment but a plastic piece was broken on the filter during reassembly. We called them and they quoted us another $400 to totally replace the filter! Although it was their fault for not doing it in the first place! My husband then went to the local hardware store and bought a little convertor piece for a few bucks and fixed it. Moral of the story will not have them return because basically we paid them to do a job that we then had to finish and they refused to admit any wrong or try to fix it.

We are very disappointed by this company. After a good start with a valve repair, the sewer repair…read morework was handled negligently. After almost 3 weeks from when the work was supposed to be completed, we are still dealing with the inconveniences created by this job - stress and financial burden. The sewer pipe was most likely repaired, but in the process of digging a utility cable was cut, the irrigation wires were cut and an irrigation pipe was broken. All the digging was done carelessly. After a long wait for the deep trench to be back filled and living with two very big piles of dirt in the street and on the driveway, they finally got to fill back the trench. This was done without any tool other than shovels and without ant compaction. Not all the dirt was back filled. We proceeded with lawn replacement but we discovered that an irrigation splitter got broken during the backfill. After just one week, the soil under the sods collapsed. This needed to be filled with dirt and the grass replaced. Eric is a good professional, but he works with poor management and not very good helpers.
