This animal hospital was outstanding when we brought our Chihuahua in at 5 AM. We called on our way and they said they would prepare to triage him right away. When we arrived, they immediately took him back to get started while we did the paperwork. The doctor was in with us pretty quickly after looking at him and gave us a lot of options. They made sure that we were working within the budget that we had, it did not feel like they were trying to nickel and dime us in any way. They truly only cared about what was best for my dog and us. They were very kind and very compassionate. This will absolutely be our first stop if we ever need an emergency vet again. read more

This caused a blood clot and he had to be rushed to University of Florida Animal Hospital and was admitted for 7 days with additional surgery on my dog. Called to check if PRBC was available for a feline, not typed. They confirmed they had PRBC in inventory but when I inquired about price, they became very shady. Their first answer was that the doctor would need to examine the cat first before they could give pricing. Why, I am specifically asking for two things, blood typing and the cost of PRBC for an 11 lbs cat. When I pushed back, then answer changed to "we don't give pricing over the phone". Of course they don't, they don't want to reveal the cost and pry on your emotions once they have your pet. I detest shady businesses like these. I would recommend this hospital for all emergency pet needs. Our dog was 13 and became really sick suddenly on a Saturday morning. Our Vet was closed and we couldn't find a mobile Vet that was available. They are very upfront about pricing and give options for treatment. We ultimately decided that it was our best friend's time to be put to sleep as we didn't want him to suffer any longer. Everyone was so kind and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. read more

This is a story that has to be shared. I was driving home from the gym when I saw a stray cat that was hit by a car in the middle of the road. I turned my car around to check if it was still alive, it was. I will not go into the gruesome details of how this animal was left, but I grabbed a piece of clothing out of my car and got the cat off the road. I immediately started calling vets close by, nobody would help. Until I called All 4 Pets, the compassion they had for the situation was beyond words. They told me to bring the cat and they would be expecting me. The urgency they had when I arrived was heartwarming. With the state of the cat, it was an immediate euthanization. My kitty, Julia, was diagnosed by the local vet with high blood pressure and hyperthyroidism. She was not doing very well, poor eating, drinking, blindness and weakness, could barely move. She had to be hospitalized for 48 hours. The vet techs, doctors and even the front desk here were very kind and understanding! They did a great job getting my little girl back to her old self. Very thankful for all they did to get her back on track!! I highly recommend them for any of your pet emergencies. A vet bill can be very pricey normally but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and it was worth it in the end. I even got a refund of money that was held! This facility is housed in a lovely remote area of Ocoee & it's easy to find. It has a variety of on-call Vets available for care. The Vet we encountered was lovely & the staff was beyond professional & kind. The cost was within industry standards. Unfortunately, it was not suitable for our needs. The equipment is a bit antiquated for the emergency we encountered, as our pet pal required a more significant state-of-the-art facility if he was going to make a recovery. Our cat Dasher had an acute illness, and our regular vet was unable to see him for several days. I took him to All 4 Pets where he was seen quickly. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly. The veterinarian technician Ashley and Dr DaSilva were professional and listened carefully to my concerns. Dasher's problem (infection) was quickly identified, as labs are done on-site. They discussed treatment plan options with me. He was given appropriate medication, which worked, and we're happy to report Dasher improved quickly and was back to his usual self within 48 hours. What these BMW driving vets wanted to charge me over $3,000 for ended up being a hairball that cost $63 to treat at a country vet clinic 20 miles and only 30 minutes straight west on SR-50. I have the receipts and dr names if anyone needs proof for this review. If I could put zero stars, I would. All they care about & want is money. They don't care about your pet. Our dog was severely injured in her eye so we brought her here early morning. We were the only ones in the waiting room yet it still took 3+ hours. Paid a "deposit" of $1360 just so they could look at the eye and remove debris. Only to get a call back hours later saying the eye has to be removed for another $1400. Upon arriving to pick her up we waited another hour after they told us she was ready. They bring her out with a bloody unclean face and tell us we have to pay $30 for a cheap flimsy dollar store cone so she doesnt scratch the eye. Told them I'm not paying for that, physcian says not to worry about and that he'll take her back and clean her up. While hes doing that front desk is trying to get us to sign a paper saying that we are going aganst medical advice and he brings her back out with no cone. Also got two different after care instructions from two different employees. Save your time, money and go elswhere. read more

I brought my dog to All4Pets because my regular vet was closed on Saturday. They were terrific. They did the appropriate lab work and x-rays and explained my options to me. We ended up waiting for 8 hours to see if what was in her stomach would pass on its own. They called me (per my request) at 2:00 in the morning and said it had not moved and they did emergency surgery to remove the stuff from her stomach that shouldn't have been there. I just went to my regular vet for the 1 week follow up and the incision is healing nicely and post surgical x-rays showed no further problems. All4Pets treatment costs were less than the estimate they provided and they exceeded my expectations for compassion, treatment, and keeping me updated! read more

0 rating this place is horrible, brought my dog here after a surgery for 48 hours of treatment and antibiotics we agreed and I was assured $2,000 would cover a full 48 hours of treatment as all other test where previously done by 2 other doctors and sent to this facility, I got a call 7 hours later by the doctor stating they wanted to put a tube in his nose to give him oxygen and it would exceed my 2k and my fund have almost been exhausted in 7 hours and would require additional payment, or transfer him to another animal hospital for a throat tube after communication between all4pets and the dr who did the surgery he advised he recommended them to do the nose tube at which point all4pets decided to say they no longer wanted to do the nose tube to transfer him and I need to pick him up the office manager then said I do not care about my dog when I question what happen to my 2k they then called law enforcement to meet me when I picked him up Leo was very nice and clearly agreed with me on the mis treatment and said a billing dispute is not a Leo matter I was already out 10k in 4 days on my dog this place did nothing but give a few antibiotics the office manager then said the call was recorded in violation Per Florida Statute 934.03, recording a phone call without my permission or knowledge the call would disclose nothing more then me challenging there billing and that there best interest is not that of my dog I'm retaining counsel if I cannot get this place on malpractice I will on the illegal recording of the call without my permission which the employee alleged on police body cam my dog is now at blue pearl costing a additional $7,800 to be hospitalized the doctors there all agreed that a chest tube a nasal tube was not needed and are providing the same care that all4pets agreed to provide for $2000 I'm now in $18,000 on the recovery of my dog this place is nothing more then money hungry and do not have your pets best interest at this point filing a lawsuit is what it's going to come too for the mis treatment of my dog and myself and the misleading scheme to bill me not only does this place mistreat animals for pure greed they waste our tax dollar on wasting law enforcements time and take them away from being able to respond to real emergency there motto is to take your money then call Leo when you question there ethics and then say you don't care about your pet the following photo is of the office manager who yelled I don't care about my dog always start by reading negative reviews before choosing a animal hospital these people give you a low end estimate then a high end and will always charge you the high end plus 20% if they see your willing to pay, as for all4pets expects to be served a lawsuit in the coming weeks read more

We came with our cat today. Not super unwell but very out of sorts. Regular vet was closed and didn't want to risk him deteriorating over the weekend. Front of house staff was great, lovely chap. We sat in waiting room, the cat was calm and on a leash lying on the floor since there was noone else there (we did take him in a carrier) they take our cat back... without us ??. gone for 45 mins. They come back, put us in a room and shut the door. They have done NO tests or taken vitals as they said he was volatile with them, which is so unlike him. He doesn't even meow, just grumbles. And I'm thinking why wouldn't I be asked to go back there to hold him to see if that would help for them to have a feel of him and take vitals, then come to find out they put him with dogs?! Of course he is unhappy. Wanted to charge $1500 to sedate him just to take his temperature. In all my years I have never been separated for a checkup or had any issues with a vet taking vitals. THREE months ago on this day October 17, 2023 my female frenchie went into labor. I immediately googled the first 24 hour emergency vet. I had spoken to somebody there and explained my situation, and they assured me that my pet would be taken care of at 4:30 in the morning I quickly get my pet and I arrive at 5 AM. She was given an x-ray, and there were two puppies fully developed not stressed. I was assured the puppies were perfectly fine. knowing that Frenchies needs C-sections she was still given oxytocin to induce labor. There was a shift change and I spoke to a second doctor that would be attending to my dog who then reassured me, She would be having a C-section. I never left the hospital. I was constantly asking to check on her and the babies there was no ultrasound given, and only one x-ray, after hours I was concerned about the puppies, but was never given a solid answer after 6 1/2 to almost 7 hours later she would be going in at 1:45 PM for her surgery before that the anesthesiologist came out twice to the receptionist to ensure payment. One of the assistance came out with no answers to the health of the puppies, but asked me if they wanted her to be spayed. I just wanted to know if my girl and the babies were OK .I immediately said no and I wanted to see them. The main doctor came out and told me that they did not survive both puppies, but mama was OK . I do everything in my power to take care of my animals. I ensure a healthy diet . I was with her for 62 days of her pregnancy. I left the hospital with two dead puppies that I had to bury in my backyard and a bill of $3600, they did give me a $500 discount due to my dead puppies. I guess that was for the whelping fee for the babies that no longer existed. Two months later I'm able to write this review and I'm still devastated. The only answer I got was " these things happen " and "at least mama is OK " That is unacceptable and I would never recommend this hospital. But mama and babies were fine upon arrival. I would've gave this a no rating, but I had to at least put one to post to reveal. read more
