This was important to me because I told him I am a teacher and can only leave during my lunch. He charged $60 for the chip which I thought was very reasonable. This chip had already started to crack. I have used Igor from MIT auto glass to replace a cracked windshield in my Hyundai Sonata a couple years back. He got me scheduled right away and did an outstanding job with a quality install. This time I had someone shoot out my drivers side window with a BB or pellet gun. Shattered and glass all over inside my door frame.
