The owner, Sabah Hirmiz, was prompt in answering the phone and scheduling an appointment to come to my home for an estimate on repairing the sunroof of my 2007 Lincoln Navigator. He was able to come the same day and provided a very fair price for the repair. Sabah answered all of our questions and offered to perform the repair that day if we chose to proceed. On the evening of 21JAN2017 I was driving back from Manteca after visiting my friend. While on the highway a car passed me and flicked up a small pebble which hit my windshield causing a chip in the windshield. I got home about 5pm hoping to find someone to fix the chip before it became a hairline fracture. I called around many places and finally called Golden Touch Auto Glass. He said he could drive over to my apartment within 15 minutes and fix the chip in the windshield!!! Within 15 minutes he arrived in his van and had his tools ready. He worked like magic and completely fixed the chip in the windshield saving me from having to get the whole windshield repaired. The service I received was incredibly professional. My sunroof automatically opened when I turned on the overhead light in my truck. Of course it is during a time when its been raining every other day in Sacramento. I went in to the Ford dealer and they wanted to charge $2200. to fix/replace. I went online and searched sunroof repairs, Sabah and Golden Touch were the first ones that popped up. I made a call to see what they can quote over the phone and he said he would have to see what is wrong. Sabah showed up at my house within a half hour, quoted me $275 to get the sun roof closed and sealed. Thinking at least better than dealer did for me! A few months back I had my windshield fixed (one chip and a 10" crack). I was asked if I wanted my windshield replaced and declined due to the fact that it was severely expensive and still being out of work didn't have that kind of cash. The owner filled all the cracks etc. but then about a month or so the crack starts to creep so I call him and he fills it again and says this never happens. A few weeks go by and the crack continues to creep. I call him up, leave two messages and never hear from him again. After doing extensive research with other companies nothing should be filled if it's over 3". I know I couldn't afford to get a new windshield at the time but I couldn't get into another place soon enough and it makes me feel as if he knew It wouldn't work and I would have to eventually spring for a new one. I ended up going to another company who charged me $50 more then to get an entire new windshield then what he charged me for the cracks etc. His price for a new windshield was almost $100 more then what he was charging. I do have to say the gentleman was very polite and he seemed to know what he was doing but I feel since he's been doing this for many many years he knew what the end result would be. A rock came off a big rig and hit my sunroof perfectly- shattering it. It's November and had been raining and scheduled to rain more so getting it fixed ASAP was a priority. I called around and found that most of the usual glass places do not do sunroofs. I called Golden Touch and Sabah gave me not only the best price but also the quickest appointment. He came out the next day only because I wanted to wait and call around more to get more quotes otherwise he probably could have done it same day. His price was the best by far. A professional body shop wanted about twice the price and most other mobile places were at least $100 more. Sabah came out ready to go and had my sunroof replaced within 20 minutes. In sac for business today. I was driving on the highway today and randomly my sunroof explodes. Scariest thing in the world. It's 3:00pm and I figure there is no way I'm getting it fixed today. I call Safelite - they don't do sunroofs. I call the nearest dealer and they would have to order it.
