Be sure to have a backup plan if you schedule this company. One appointment they were so late late I had to cancel because I had to leave. They were 2 hours late. The next time after scheduling 1 month ahead of time and getting a confirmation I was told they scheduled me for the following week. The time they did show up they were late also and then when they got here they said they needed more time and charged me extra. I live alone in a 1300 sq foot house! 3 cleaners can't get it done in and hour and a half? They said they didn't have time to do my third bedroom. I gave them one star because I couldn't give negative. They left me at 2 pm with out of town guests coming tonight. Don't depend on them and expect to pay extra!! read more

My mom had All About Cleaning clean our house while I was out of town. She stood there and watched while they threw my stuff everywhere randomly. I had it organized in piles that my friend and I spent hours on before I left and now I basically have to do that all over again by myself. These people went through my personal papers and belongings and touched my bras and underwear without me even being there and I feel so gross knowing that. They didn't "clean" anything, they just threw my stuff to the side and vacuumed. I'm in college starting 6 week online classes this week and now it's going to take me twice as long to unpack and actually organize my stuff. Horrible service. read more

Incredible cleaning service! I had removed my very dead Christmas tree which made a disaster of a mess. I was looking to have someone come immediately, so I started browsing and found them. It was after business hours, but I called and left a message and received a text about an hour later to confine a 5pm appointment. They then called me the next day and told me they could move it up to 3:30pm, which was perfect! They brought all their own supplies and started on the 3rd floor of my townhome. It is a 2 bed/ 2 bath. They vacuumed, dusted, made the beds, cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned the kitchen, dining room and living room in record time! I have used all about cleaning since 2011. Always excellent service and great price! The owner is professional and responsive. I pay $96 for 2 cleaners for 2 hrs (sometimes they send 3 for 1.5 hr). You can pay for extra time if you need more of a deep clean. I have had some issues with consistency since I don't always get the same crew, but if I am ever unhappy the owner resolves it quickly. This makes me so sad to write this as I have used Maria and her company for nearly 5 years and I have recommended her to all my friends, but she has gone back on our original agreement and has pulled a "bait & switch" on me. I get my house cleaned every other week and sometimes 3 times a month. I saw a review from February where she charged $96 for two hours of cleaning for 2 cleaners and that is what my rate has been until last week. I also occasionally get the three hour cleaning which is more $, but they also clean my entire house in that time. After a 3 hour, the crews even leave 5 to 10 minutes early because it doesn't take that long to clean my house. I've experienced many crew changes over the past couple years and it has shown in their cleaning and I've expressed that to Maria. After this last cleaning she requested feedback from me and when I gave her honest feedback mostly positive and a couple small items where they missed something, she came back and said I now have to pay $30 to $60 for the same service as my house is too big and her crew feels rushed. My neighbor across the street has the same exact size house (same model even) and she has not done this to them. I definitely feel targeted. I am extremely neat and pick-up my entire house before they come, so I know it's not due to a horrible, dirty house. Maria has not once asked to come to my home to see what her crews are doing and after five years, this is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I even used her company for window cleaning, which they did a fantastic job, but no longer... :( read more
