My skin concerns of course were not solved overnight but I was happy to have someone who was able to guide me every step of the way. She listened to all my concerns and is an absolute pleasure to see. I've only seen Jackie so I can't speak for the other doctors. All the nurses I've dealt with have been helpful and professional. I will say I've never had the issues others have had in their reviews. Front desk is like any other medical front desk. Kind of cold but they get my appointments scheduled and send documents quickly. She asked my wife if she moisturized, but my wife knows not to moisturize before a wax as she has been getting waxed for years.
