On the day of the repairs, Victor arrived right on time, calling just as he was on his way over. He was polite, courteous, professional, and took plenty of time to make sure I understood what he would be doing. While he was here, there was very little disruption as he was extremely neat, tidy, and prompt in his repairs. He told me everything he was going to do, and got it done well. There wasn't even that much noise disruption - A+. When it came time to pay, I was extremely happy with the cost of the repairs. They never dug a hole or even got a camera in the pipes. I called Johnson Family Plumbing and he was out quickly for a second opinion. He got a camera in the pipe and found my collapsed sewer pipe quickly. He came up with a plan to replace, inspect the internal pipes, mill & jet, and potentially line if they needed it. They replaced the collapsed line in one day and came out after passing inspection to mill and jet the internal pipes. After milling, Mike said everything looked good and it didn't need to be lined. Working with him and his crew was such an easy experience. He was honest with me, communicated well, and there were no surprises. They also saved me $15k.
