Paul arrived an hour early, but both men were courteous, had a good sense of humor and detailed two possible things going wrong in one of the drains. I went with them on the recommendation of Ready Jetter, who relined our sewage pipe with PVC. Ready Jetter was awesome and they do work for All About and others. The rating was a little less as they quoted me $65 on the phone but the bill wound up being $30 more. They were here at the house but mostly chatting. // update: We will be credited $30 on the upcoming job. Thank you, AAP! The rating on the work is yet to come: it's either changing out an anode rod in the water heater or the more expensive ripping out a wall to seal a vent pipe. ALL ABOUT NOT CARING: Plumber did not cover his boots when he walked through the house. That was strike one. Strike two was not asking me if I wanted to clear the contents of the cabinet-or-take out hanging towels-or-letting me know that everything in my bathroom cupboard would be emptied and left on the floor by the toilet... Strike three was being asked for a bleach cleaner because the small bathroom was covered with mildew splattered from the snaked drain. Strike four was the price. It was expensive. Strike five was messaging the company to let them know the basement floor drain had spewed up water and soaked a rug with debris, and got no reply. No. Reply. I paid more for this service than I did for an emergency plumbing issue a couple years ago with a different company. I was over-charged. It was sloppy service. Used company on several occasions. Owner Dennis def lacks in customer service needs. After coming out assessing my sewage drains overflowing, I scheduled return repair for following morning. The two plumbers they sent out claimed they needed access to an unaccessable drain (due to age of home) to solve the problem. After making the drain accessible,and taking a day off work to wait,All About Plumbing was a no call no show.!!!! Called and spoke with Dennis again (4pm), who said I never scheduled the return visit (scheduled immediately after his plumber left). Dennis gave me the repair window between 11-1pm,When I called (4pm) re the NCNS Dennis said he would "look into it and try to have someone out asap". Never heard back. Great customer service buddy!! 2 days of waiting on All About Plumbing for my foul smelling SEWAGE backup was completed within 2 hours by Art with A & M plumbing, who was able to clear the drains, without needing the un-accessable drain. A & M also noticed a serious potential problem and notified me, so I could notify City immediately for repair. Art will have my referrals and business from now on. read more

After the city completely tore up the road and repaved it the sewer line to my house dropped and didn't work anymore. The city didn't do anything about it so we called these guys. They were there in 2 days with all the required permits and got the work done in a few short hours! read more

After I used them, I recommended them to a friend. They came out, snaked a drain and presumably unclogged it. 3 weeks later, the same issue occurred. They only guaranteed their work for 3 days. The owner offered little information for why this issue recurred and stated that there would be another full charge for them to come out. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
