This company is great. First, they can send someone out with in just a day or two. The plumber they sent out, (Jordan) was very knowledgeable. He was not afraid to try different things to solve the problems. On Another visit I had Brendon. He looked around and made recommendations. Informed me I had a 20 year old water heater. I really appreciate that. I would not want to wait until it broke and I would never have noticed it's age without a problem. Jordan and Brendon always kept me informed of their progress and went out of their way to fix things quickly and efficiently. The best part? Angela in the office. She answers her phone all hours if the day. She is friendly, understanding if I have to cancel. She is wonderful at accommodating my schedule. When I had a family emergency, she was so sensitive to send out a great team and made she things went smoothly and quickly by giving me as many plumbers for the job as she could. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! We had a shower valve that needed replacing. Do to its location, I decide to "let the pros" do it. I called around and got a few quotes, but some people just gave me the "odd feeling". After setting up a same day appt, Brandon was on-time, inspected the situation, quoted us a VERY competitive price, and did the work all the work in less than 30min with a smile on his face! I requested quotes from 6 different plumbing companies for a bathroom job I needed done right away. Eric was very responsive and within a couple of hours we had agreed on a max cost for the labor and the job was scheduled for the next day. BTW, some companies did not respond for several days after the request (and the job was already completed). Jake showed up the next morning and completed the job in 3 hours. He was very professional and did a great job. He even checked our water pressure and made some suggestions to consider, He did not try to upsell me and charged me the agreed on price. I had Brandon from All About Plumbing, come out and install my new Ruvati sink and Delta faucet. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Not only does the sink and faucet look great, it looks great under the sink too. Very clean and the new sink offers me more front room. He had to be innovative when it came time to install the mounting clips as at 10 inches deep, he had to not only maneuver around the sinks but had to deal with the clips wanting to droop into the sink while trying to fasten it. He used wood blocks, a long flat handled screwdriver, and of all things, one of my meat shishkabob (spelling) sticks to help keep the clip from spinning to tighten. Very ingenious of him. Woke up to the New Year with no hot water pressure. After 4 hours of trying to fix it ourselves-- I caved and decided we'd call a plumber and pay whatever it cost on a holiday. They were to our house within 3 hours and had the problem identified and fixed within 30 minutes. Lucky for us it was a simple fix and no extra holiday charge. Had two bad experiences with this business. I got an estimate for a job and it was twice what the 2nd estimate came in for. We decided to move forward with another company and a few weeks later we see and unauthorized charge on our debit card. Apparently they used my card number from a previous sink repair to charge me for "work" they did while getting me an estimate. Not only did they alter the original estimate I signed they copied my debit card from a previous job and charged without our consent!!! Not only is this a compliance issue but it is not an acceptable business practice. If you feel that a client owes you money you send them an invoice reach out for payment etc. Don't just go around charging peoples cards on file a few weeks after writing an estimate. I know this is true because they charged my debit card for the work. I would never give my type a card out for this large of a repair. I had given them our debit card a couple weeks earlier for a $75 sink repair. I also tried to charge me $289 for putting Drano down the sink. I refused their services and so they charge me $75 and apparently had my card on file. I'm wondering who authorized them to save my credit card number because I did not! I would not call this company under any circumstances. read more

Two plumbers came and put in a new flapper, even though I had just bought a new one. They charged me $44 for this. I knew it was expensive but was happy if the toilet would stop running. (It was running a few times a day.) Shortly after they left, it began running more frequently. They were to come back the next day and did not show up. When I called, I was told they had an emergency and were just about to call me. I knew this was a lie, but agreed for them to come back the following day. I was told they would replace the valve. The apprentice came back by himself and tightened a screw. He said it was not a valve and the only other option would be to rebuild the tank for $300. I declined. The toilet now was running every 15 minutes or so. After each visit, the situation got much worse. My son-in-law (not a plumber) came and put new valves in. The valves cost $23. The toilet is quiet now. Either All About Plumbing was just trying to rip me off blindly, or they do not know anything about plumbing. Either way, I believe this warrants a call to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE! Do not use this company! They are the worst. read more

My mother-in-law needed a lot of work in her town home, including new toilets and master shower. I called three plumbers in town, but none had the customer service like Eric and Meghan. They were extremely professional and had a plumber at the site within a day. Estimates were reasonable, and they were always available by phone for questions. Wayne did a great job, within a reasonable time frame, and left the area completely spotless! He was super-patient with my mother-in-law, and even made a few extra trips to be sure everything was exactly as she wanted. I'll definitely use their company in the future. read more

I wanted to replace a pedestal sink with a cabinet sink in a half bath. All About Plumbing readily agreed to come out and prepare an estimate. The tech was pleasant, seemed knowledgeable, and checked out all aspects of the job. He then prepared a written estimate for an astonishing cost of $830.00 which included a 10% senior discount. Other companies were not anxious to come out to bid on so small a job but on the phone three other licensed, bonded companies estimated the job would run two to three hours at the standard rate of $105.00 per hour. One of those companies did do the job for a total of $365.00 including parts. I called All About Plumbing to offer them an opportunity to explain the difference in cost, but what they offered was by no means acceptable. If you're going to deal with All About Plumbing, I would strongly recommend getting comparable bids. The reason I gave them even one star was because they were the only company that would come out for an estimate. read more

We have had nothing but exceptional service from this very reliable plumbing business. This was at least our 3rd visit from All About Plumbing as they come almost immediately when we call, and they always seemed so concerned about us personally when we had an emergency in the past. The most recent visit involved Eric, who is not only a great plumber and very thorough, but has an amazing personality as well! He looked over extra things, made sure everything was fixed properly, and was very typical of all of the good plumbers we have had from this business. I am super vigilant and would be critical of anyone who does not do an excellent job when I am paying them, but after a series of plumbers who say they are coming, they don't show up, and you never hear again from, this plumbing business is 100% the best. Eric replaced the toilet flapper and valves, which could have gone very badly if he hadn't checked it, and then also made sure he checked the other valves around and worked on my husband's toilet as well. WORST company ever! This company was hired by my insurance company to fix broken pipe. After the service, they charged me service fee which was supposed to be reported to my insurance company. But instead, they told my insurance company they did not charge me anything. Now my insurance company keeps sending me invoice for payment. I tried to call this company to solve this issue. Every time I was promised to be called back, but nothing happened! AVOID this company if you are not comfortable about getting charged twice. read more

For your information the company who did the work does have a license but they told me I didn't need to pull a permit because the gas line was already there and when I couldn't get in touch with them I called your company and The technician came out and because it was so much money to get it fixed not to code I wanted the company who did it in the first place to come back and fix it to code since I already paid a lot of money to get it done. Code enforcement came out here and they gave us time to get it rectified it's not a health hazard it's turned off at the house so we won't be burning anybody's house down your technician was just upset because I caught him lying to me about the cost of parts and turned us in I just think that's lousy....is that your company policy to turn people into code enforcement if you don't get the work ? Your technician was willing to fix it even though it wasn't to code and wanted me to sign off on it. I wanted it fixed to code! So there is no future issues! read more
