Calling a Honda dealership they thought it might be plugs (misfires in the cylinders) due to the warning lights my car indicated. Being from Jacksonville 70 miles to the north I was clueless who to take my car to in this area. I checked John's Yelp reviews, gave him a call and felt confident enough to take my car to his shop. He quickly scoped my car, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a very fair price, and had my car ready just a few hours later. I was able to rent a car in the meantime. Total charge $122!! He could have charged me anything and I would have been at his mercy. HONESTY-INTEGRITY-FAIR. Thank you thank you from a man who was far from home! My car has run just fine since then.

Another local shop made the problem even worse and refused to take responsibility. In desperation, I called Del's--and I'm so glad I did. Everyone at Del's was incredibly kind, honest, and communicative. They explained what might need attention in the future without any pressure to fix everything that day. They identified the real issue (which had nothing to do with what the previous shop claimed) and repaired it for less than half of the other shop's estimate. My black BMW was found with a dent. We suspect that it was a hit and run but we have no evidence. I was bringing my car in to get the AC checked,…read moreand when i was about 6 minutes away my engine coolant light came on and the engine overheated. I had to pull over on the side of the road. Instead of having to call a tow truck, the owner and a tech both came out to me and got me going good enough to drive to their shop. They then gave me a ride back and forth to my home, so I didn't have to wait there all day or call for an uber both ways since I lived close by. They repaired both issues, so my AC is ice cold again and my coolant isn't leaking anymore. I highly recommend them, and everyone there are so nice.
