The selection was complimented by the reasonable pricing that would be hard to find in a much larger city. Tanya and staff were wonderful. We cook not have asked for a better experience.

The employee reassured her it was ok for her to enroll in the Intermediate class. Enrollment fee was $100.00. When we went for our first class..Fran the owner was there. She embarrassed my Daughter by saying very loud and rudely " YOU DON'T BELONG IN THIS CLASS". I proceeded to explain to Fran that I talked to one of her employees and explained the situation. I was appalled at her rude behavior. What a waste of money. We thought we would enjoy the class but unfortunately it was a total disaster and waste of $200.00

Went in to meet the man who services the machines. After bragging about how good he was and how…read moremuch experience he had we agreed to bring my three machines to him for service. We explained to him that we were bringing them up to be worked on while we were out of town. I run a business off these machines so I needed them serviced while I wasn't using them. We told him that one machine was having a specific issue and it might need parts so I wanted it looked at right away so if parts were needed they would be in and serviced before we got back. He assured us they would be done and he would hold them in the shed until we came back for them. We told him the exact day we would pick them up. This facility is an hour and a half from our home. We drove up on the scheduled day. When we arrived he told us he had not even looked at them. He had gotten in so many machines while we were away that needed to be taken care of. Said he was just too busy to get to them and since we weren't waiting for them it wasn't an issue. Other people had a gun to his head. I reminded him that when we brought them in he had no other machines to service. He said yes but that then all sorts of things stared to happen. Needless to say we are completely disappointed in this not only did he lie to us about what he would do he proceeded to tell us he had a vacation opportunity come up so he was leaving town and could not guarantee when he could get them done for us. That he could possibly die tomorrow from all the stress. At that point my husband told him he was just being an ass and I told them we were taking our machines and bringing them to a different service location. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. When he had over three weeks to work on our machines and choose not to and proceed to say he was going fishing later. Not the work ethic or trust I would refer anyone too. Deeply, deeply disappointed
