I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?!
