Very much a "wash and wear" girl these days. That's always been the case but having turned 60, I've made a decision to stop coloring my roots too. It is what it is. The stark demarcation line as hair grows out is a bit difficult to live with. As such, I've had two grey blending treatments. It was time for the third, and to get rid of some of the brassiness my hair holds. All About You did a fantastic job. I love that the ladies run things by each other and are open to listening - two or three experienced heads are better than one. The brassiness is gone. The straight line dividing new growth from old, is gone. My hair is soft and shiny. I will come back. Someone else mentioned the price being high. Maybe. Having been to inexpensive hair salons though, I can tell you from personal experience that paying to get those cuts/colors fixed is not cheap either.

I asked for a layered cut, showed a picture and explained in detail what I was looking for. I got nothing that I asked for and paid $30 plus a $5 tip. She did what she wanted to do and does not care about her customers...or me at least. I tried to tell her how I wanted my hair cut (been getting it cut this way for over 20 years), no blunt cutting and to have it all chipped into and she just did what she wanted to do, insisting there are many ways to perform the technique. She got so upset, that I was questioning her techniques, that she sternly said to me..."YOU AREN'T A HAIR STYLIST" and then told me, "SHE WAS FINISHED" and then told me to leave her salon. Better Business Bureau here I come...I would not send my dog there for a trim. She thinks that just because she has been cutting hair for 34 years that she knows what is best for her customer. What a joke...it is called tangles for a reason...you leave there in tangles.
