What I forgot to mention last time, but it was true then and it is now, is honesty. Ronnie explained the problems clearly, and I am reasonably technical and handy, so I know they were accurate. He explained what the cost would be depending on which problem it turned out to be. After testing and completing the first repair, everything was working properly. This saved me $350 + tax over the cost of what would have been step 2. My experience with the home repair industry in general is that many businesses will opt for the highest possible repair cost option as a first step. Unrelated to this business and its service, the worst case in my recent experience was a quote for $4,500 for a plumbing job that I ultimately had done for $450. Sorry I can't refer to that business by name because of possible retaliation or charges of defamation, etc. I only review positive service. Negative service reviews have to remain word-of-mouth, so you won't see any from me online. Earlier review for repair of my AC system: Professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Ronnie returned my call within 15 minutes and arrived within 2 hours as expected. The work was done quickly and effectively. Ronnie also went above and beyond what was expected to verify that everything was working properly.

Last night, on a cold and windy winter night, I arrived home at almost midnight to no heat. I called George at Creative Air at that time and left a frantic voicemail. He returned my call at about 6 AM and was at my condo about 8 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat (which was probably the original when I moved in over 40 years ago) and fixed it promptly for a very very reasonable fee (and even remembered me from a decade ago. Gave me a bill for $85.00 service call and $150 for the thermostat. Thought about it later and looked up the price of the thermostat and found it to be $45. Called to ask if he made a mistake and he told me no. I said how can you charge me $150 then. The response was I guarantee it for a year and if I come back I don't charge you. I asked if he didn't have to come back does he refund the $105 dollars overcharged. Of course, the answer was no. So in summary just be careful if you use this company.
