This review is long overdue. I requested a quote through yelp and was contacted within a day. It was very easy to set up my appointment and John arrived early when it came. That said, he told me that he is a very busy guy and I wouldn't be surprised if some people have difficulty booking him at times. To make things easy on yourself, you should avoid booking at times when he is likely to be most busy. I imagine "tax refund" season, back to school week and 3 day holiday weekends are jam packed for him. Basically avoid those weeks when everyone tends to have a "little extra money" and a "little extra time". Do yourself a favor and just book on some regular old day when nothing special is going on. As far as workmanship goes, this guy is thorough. He will explain what he is doing (step by step) if you want to stick around while he performs the procedure. I will admit that I was a little skeptical when he pulled up in a pickup full of tools but my concerns were quickly put to rest when I saw him get started. It is obvious that he takes great pride in the quality of his work. When it comes to service, John is about as nice as they come. He seems to genuinely care about his customers and that is quite refreshing when it comes to any service related to the automotive industry. I've recommend this man to my friends whose windshields didn't survive the 2016 Winter and I would go back to him again in a heartbeat if I ever found the need. read more

Several months ago, someone smashed out the back window of my 4Runner and stole my hockey bag near the Rose Garden while I was attending a Blazer game. I called All American and spoke to Jon, who was incredibly nice and helpful with my inconvenient situation. Less than 24 hours later, Jon had managed to source the replacement glass, and was in my driveway first thing working on the installation. Throughout the entire process, Jon was extremely kind and professional, going above and beyond the scope of work to deliver outstanding results. He cleaned up the entire cargo area which was covered in glass fragments, and then did a stellar job installing the rear window which is retractable and thus more complicated than a standard window. He even went so far as to clean and lubricate the assembly that operates the window, so now everything works even better than before. All of this was accomplished in a few short hours, and Jon really charged a low price for the high quality of work he delivered. Overall, outstanding customer experience. Some yahoos decided they had nothing better to do than bust out my back window and the back window and side window of my roommate's car. I first contacted my insurance and realized that the repair would be cheaper than filing a claim. Of course, I checked Yelp and found All American Auto Glass. I left a message on the answering machine and someone got back to me within 30 minutes. I was actually helped by Ruben from Vision Auto Glass. I can't say enough about these folks. Because my car is a 93 Saturn, they had a problem finding a new one and had to check junk yards. They finally found my back window in California. After calling a bunch of companies and getting estimates that were so far apart, it wasn't even funny, I decided to find a local person. I ended up finding Jon, and I am so happy I did. Spoke with him the day before and he gave me the price for installing a new front windshield. He told me when he would be by and he was right on time.
