The technicians Alan and Javier immediately got started replacing the windshield and it wasn't too much longer they were finished. My car looked great. I asked if they could change out windshield wipers and they said yes. Ten minutes later they were done and I was ready to check out and pay. I got in my car, started it up and multiple warning lights were on so I brought the car back to the shop. Alan brought the car back into the garage and hooked up diagnostics which told him my battery was only putting out 8 volts (it was a 6-7 year old battery!). The owner, Mt. Wood Sr. stood up at his desk and said that he would happy to drive over to the NAPA store and pick up the battery. He came back with the battery and Alan and Javier installed it for me In what seemed like minutes! I drove away with my car working great! Every single person at Glass Doctor was so kind and helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get my car fixed and in working order! The best experience I've ever had! I would recommend everyone to use this business This is what businesses were like in the old days - I felt like I had known these people for years and I trusted them immediately! I hesitated to use this business because I lived in the SE Woodstock area of town and they were way over in Beaverton - because of their 5 star ratings I decided I'd try them and boy was I glad I did!!! Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

Nobody "likes" calling a windshield repair service, it's something you do because you need to. That said, when it happens, you want it to be quick and painless. "Quick and painless" is exactly what Shawn and Tony delivered. I reached out on a Monday evening, and by Tuesday morning my rock chip was nothing but an unpleasant memory. I got Shawn's information from Craigslist. He was the most economic choice that I could find. He didn't have the windshield I needed in stock but was able to get it later in the week. Came out to my house, found a safe place to get to work and 15 minutes later he was finished. Honestly, that's how it's done.
