So this morning my wife spent an hour calling an pricing out a window. She finally came across this place a gentlemen answered who aS very nice an helpful told us he found the glass an he would go get it and to meet him at the shop by noon. He was very quick with putting the new one in an then his wife vacuumed our whole car which looked amazing! And the price was right better then anywhere we called. I had my back windshield shattered and was told by a dozen glass shops that they couldn't help me because my glass is no longer being sold. So, when I talked to Bobby I wasn't really expecting much. Was I in for a surprise! Bobby found a used glass, had it shipped, and even opened his shop on his day off just to install my back window. Leslie was professional, charming, and hospitable. Highly recommended. I sent an email for a quote at 7:30 am this morning. I had a call within 10 mins. The owners came and picked up the car for me, replaced the window and returned the car in under 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. Other places were higher in price and said it would take days or even a week to get the window fixed and now my son's car is done and I can get mine back. I wish all businesses had this level of customer service and the owners are terrific people and really go out of their way to help. read more

I found my truck window shattered this morning after work, personal items stolen. I went to my car in the hotel parking lot in the morning and found that my left rear window had been broken overnight. I needed to get it repaired before returning to Seattle. I was able to get in within a couple of hours. Bobby did a great job with the window and he explained how the broken glass needed to be thoroughly cleaned up. He even vacuumed the entire interior of the car, leaving it much cleaner than when I brought it in! I would highly recommend this business. read more

I took my children"s Camry in to see if the window needed to be replaced or just fix the chips in the windshield. They talked with me and recommend that the windshield be replaced for safety reasons.
