After having the dealership where I bought the RV from, kicked the can down the road trying to refer me to a Ford dealer, stereo shops, and two so called RV experts either telling me the don't work on cameras systems and I would have go elsewhere. I reached out to Thor who gave me the name and address for Perfect Bodies. I was told that they do Thor's warrantee work, and would help me even though my RV was no longer under warranty. I had no choice but to take it to Joe and his crew. They spent a lot of time on this issue, but got things working. Considering amount of time and and phone calls to Thor's engineers and technical support, my bill was more than fair. I have no complaints and only praises for this shop. I had made an appointment for an oil change using a VALID coupon that was advertised on their website and Facebook. When I arrived, I was told they would not honor the valid advertised price because their website hadn't been updated, and they wanted to charge me an additional $20. I was trying to explain in a calm manner why this VIOLATES federal laws like the Federal Trade Commission Act. I was truly shocked that a small business like this was so unaware of basic business practices. When I questioned why I should have to pay more because of an error on their website, the conversation turned into a heated argument. I explained that customers shouldn't be penalized for a business's failure to update its advertised pricing. I asked to speak to the owner and instead a male employee came out to yell at me when I attempted to explain how this could be misconstrued as a Bait & Switch tactic. They eventually agreed to honor the coupon, but then told me to "never come back." After years of being a loyal customer and referring friends and family, I found the entire experience horrific and unprofessional. Businesses make mistakes, but how they handle those mistakes--and how they treat loyal customers--matters. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend A & R Auto, BUYER BEWARE

It was there less then 24 hours and I asked if they can tow it to a location less then 5 miles away. When I went to go pay the bill it was almost 900$. They charged me for things they didn't even do. I asked if there was anyway they can work with me with the price and the flat out said no. Not only that but they were so rude and cold that not even once did they ask if I was ok from the accident. Everyone i spoke to from other people involved to all the insurance people that was the first question Everyone asked but not them they were only focused on overcharging me to have my truck there for less then 24 hours.
