They did everything right . Made the whole experience of being hit extremely easy .. Did a fantastic job, can't even tell it was hit !

I got into a accident less then 5 miles from their shop. My vehicle was towed to them unfortunately I didn't have full coverage on my car so they were not going to fix it. It was there less then 24 hours and I asked if they can tow it to a location less then 5 miles away. When I went to go pay the bill it was almost 900$. They charged me for things they didn't even do. I asked if there was anyway they can work with me with the price and the flat out said no. Not only that but they were so rude and cold that not even once did they ask if I was ok from the accident. Everyone i spoke to from other people involved to all the insurance people that was the first question Everyone asked but not them they were only focused on overcharging me to have my truck there for less then 24 hours. I would never in my life use this location nor would I recommend this to a person. read more

I'm new to the area and I scratched the side of my car and wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. John always does an amazing job. He repaired a crushed tail end for me over a year ago which frankly made my car look like new again. God awful towing company takes advance of people that were just in an accident for my tow about 2 miles down the block they charged me nearly $500 when i asked why I charged so much they pulled out a copy of new york State towing law and show me how they charge the absolute maximum for every for everything a tow company can possibly charge you for including services that didn't even apply to me, the manager is very rude and unhelpful so after getting no where with him I went through my credit card company to dispute the part of the bill. JFA then went on to straight up lie to the credit company. I have been a JFA customer for over 10 years. They are definitely doing something right! From towing, mechanical repairs, and car body damage and painting their work is spot on. Our cars range from Mercedes Benz to a 2011 Kia; both have been treated with the same respect and care; even sent home cleaner than when they went in for work. I called JFA on a Thursday. I knew I needed my clutch assembly for my Subaru replaced, but the first shop I went to was charging more than I was comfortable paying. I called JFA and asked for a quote and they said to bring he car down so I brought it down that same day. I spoke to John and told him the story. He told me he would call me later after he prices out the parts and he gave me a ballpark range. He called Friday and asked if I wanted to go through with the repair after we agreed on a lower price than the previous mechanic, I said yes. I brought the car down Saturday morning and it was finished and ready to go on Monday at 9:30am. Talk about fast, prompt and professional service!!! I am writing this review late because I am currently looking for a body shop to fix my car again and came across JFA. A little while back, I had gone to JFA Auto Collision to repair the front and passenger side doors of my new car that had been badly damaged after being hit by a deer. I was told the repair would take 2 weeks. After waiting over 3 weeks, I had to call to see if my car was done or not. When I finally picked up my car, the work was sufficient. However, my front speakers in the car were blown out and my the mileage was drastically increased. I never set my radio volume above 20 setting. This is something I am careful with so that I do not damage the speakers. When I finally got my car back, I turned it on and the volume was at full blast on 45 setting. This concern, along with the mileage, leads me to believe my new car was taken for a joy ride by an employee. Oh, and to add the icing on the cake, all of the lucky change and dollar bills that friends or family put into someones new car was missing. It was kept UNDER the back seat floor mats. read more
