I brought my 2019 Thor Quantum here after my head unit gave a video error for my backup and sideview cameras. After having the dealership where I bought the RV from, kicked the can down the road trying to refer me to a Ford dealer, stereo shops, and two so called RV experts either telling me the don't work on cameras systems and I would have go elsewhere. I reached out to Thor who gave me the name and address for Perfect Bodies. I was told that they do Thor's warrantee work, and would help me even though my RV was no longer under warranty. I had no choice but to take it to Joe and his crew. They spent a lot of time on this issue, but got things working. Considering amount of time and and phone calls to Thor's engineers and technical support, my bill was more than fair. I have no complaints and only praises for this shop. All I can say is...WOW! These guys are great. Really nice, professional, accommodating & they do amazing work, to boot! My wife had an "Angry Bird" encounter. Windshield smashed, roof line crushed. Honestly, I didn't know what I didn't know. This was a Very involved repair. New windshield (obviously), New Roof, remove & replace headliner. Remove & re-install seats. Remove & re-install dashboard (extract all glass shards from ventilation). Prime, paint, polish. Cleaned car inside out. I mean like brand new, the day we took dealer delivery! Joe, Danny & crew took care of everything. Soup to nuts. Towed the car in, paid for an uber for my wife to get there after work, arranged for an in-house rental vehicle, worked directly with Insurance company to completion. So I called and at first had a good conversation. I asked how much the price would be for replacing my seatbelt buckle and that I was getting estimates from people. I was told a couple hundred dollars. I then asked if he was thinking 200 to 300 or what's a rough estimate to which the reply was "You know what man if you are going to have that kind of attitude you should look for business elsewhere". I didn't come off with an attitude at all. I called my friend whose my mechanic and a local to which he said "Oh I would have told you no to go there!" He went on to say this place is known for telling off customers and knows people personally who have been belittled or told to simply go away. At first I really thought I could have came off seemingly aggressive and didnt mean too. Glad to know now it wasnt me. it's fair to ask about pricing considering I have closing costs in a month over 20k and we are a one car family in need of our one vehicle to be safe. But then again I didnt get a chance to say that. Doesn't take a lot to be judged I guess, but it also doesn't take a lot to get a 1 star review so here it is. read more

My car was hit on the rear bumper when I was at a red light. I was beyond mad. I knew it would be covered so all I had to worry about was getting it repaired. I called Perfect Bodies Auto Body and dealt directly with Joe The owner. I brought my car in on a Saturday. He met me there during non business hours b/c it was my only day off. He hooked me up with a rental and said the tank was full and he would keep in touch. I was worry free the 9 days it was in the shop. When I picked the car up it looked so nice. He did my bumper, my broken tail light and fixed my trunk. And paint. As a bonus he detailed the inside. I was so surprised to say the least. This shop was wonderful! They helped me from start to finish. From calling my claim in to the insurance co. to getting my car back to me looking brand new in very little time. The owner Joe Divilio was very hands on and took his time explaining the process to me and had the answers to all my questions. The office personnel gave me regular updates on the status of the repairs as they were being done. I even got text messages on the progress of the repairs! My car's roof got crushed by a limb 50' up and I never imagined that they could make it look new again but they did. The paint job is gorgeous! I apparently have a "3 stage" paint (glitter in paint) that they were able to match perfectly! Since they are a full service shop with a mechanic and detail shops I was also able to get the oil changed and the car inspected before bring it home. Saving me even more time.
