There are several buffet lines, including a salad bar with very fresh ingredients. All the usual Chinese favorites are available and even some American food. The crab Rangoons are hand made and excellent. One of my favorite items on the buffet. Employees are friendly and very efficient. They kept our glasses filled and whisked our used plates away. Lastly the portion sizes reflect on the cheaper menue prices versus their competitors because their large size is more equivalent to what one would expect of a small sized portion. This is just my opinion and it's based off one initial visit but I am neither petty nor a glutton this is just an honest review based on my conservative disappointment.
