    Cajun Grilled Chicken Alfredo

Met promptly, seated promptly. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was fantastic! Normally my lunch haunt but my schedule hasn't allowed. Tonight, dinner and it was worth the trip. Try it, you'll like it.

Came here as it was one of the few restaurants near our hotel by the airport. The area around the restaurant looks bleak. When you enter, it's pretty cute. The entrance looks like a library--that's where it ends. I felt like it would've been cooler if the rest of the place was decorated like a library too. There were a good amount of people coming to eat dinner. The wait was long, around 35 minutes for our food. Our group of 3 each got a ribeye. For my side, I got a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. The ribeye had quite a bit of fat on it, but after a long travel day, it was quite good. Our server apologized several times for the wait. She was very friendly. Overall I think the Library can use a refresher in terms of looks but it's otherwise a solid spot for a hearty dinner.

Decided to try this place for dinner since it looked like the only niceish restaurant within walking distance of my airport hotel. It's a cool building. The themed decoration is strongest in the foyer, but the whole restaurant has a charm to it. There are a few rooms in the house which are somewhat secluded from each other, and I was in the bar area with just a handful of tables, which made the place feel less busy to me than it actually was - I was surprised at how quiet it was on a Friday night until I was leaving and saw that there were more diners in other areas of the restaurant that weren't visible from my seat. The food was pretty good. I first ordered a draft oat stout by New Holland Brewing, which was a very nice beer poured perfectly. Complimentary bread and pesto were brought out before my entree. The bread was so good - it was very soft and fresh, brushed with a flavourful herb butter. My entree was the vegan puttanesca. The dish had a good variety of vegetables all cooked well, and the marinara sauce was tasty (lots of garlic) but so brothy that I felt like I needed a spoon to eat it, but alas no spoon was provided. The waitress did offer more bread but I didn't feel hungry enough, so I declined and just tried to get as much as I could with my fork. The cheesecake with chocolate sauce for dessert was very good too - the cheesecake was rich and a little tangy but not overly dense or sweet. I appreciated that their dessert menu has both smaller and larger desserts, so I could get something from the small bites menu for just myself. I think my entree was too expensive for what it was - chickpea pasta and vegetables in marinara sauce - but the prices made more sense for the drinks, dessert, and meat/seafood entrees. The service throughout the meal was great. My waitress was attentive and very nice. She checked in often to see if I needed anything else but was also patient with me and other parties. The hostess was also pleasant. I didn't have to wait long after ordering to get my food either. Given that its located right by a handful of airport hotels, I expected more of a traveler vibe, but it seemed like the crowd was mostly locals, which actually makes sense to me after my visit. It's a really nice, kind of old-school place with good food, and it could fit the bill whether you want a casual but quality meal, or a nice night out.

Great spot! We all enjoyed everything! Service was solid and appreciated. Great job! The food was on spot tasty! We destroyed the maple bourbon chops! Great drink options too. The ambiance was clean upscale!

Stopped at this place for a quick lunch while driving through town.Wasn't quite sure what to expect. The front entrance decorated uniquely. The sitting area was a large open room that felt a little too spacious for dining. Did not give a comfortable feel. The waitress was very personable and the food was good for what we had ordered, a salad and a wrap.

    Cajun Shrimp Alfredo

I absolutely love this place. The ambience is so different but pleasant. The waitress was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable of the menu. She made great suggestions. We started with the stuffed shrimp which is a MUST! It is delicious. (I didn't get a pic) The hubby got the Cajun shrimp Alfredo was was very good but it did need salt. The Cajun was on point but no salt. My salmon was good. There was a lot of the cheese that they use which has a bold flavor so I didn't eat a lot of it but the flavor and cooking was spot on. Juicy salmon! The green beans were amazing although they could've used salt too. The potatoes were soooooo good. Looking for a different place to go w/ great food and service this is your spot!

Terrible food, overpriced, crummy service, tacky decor, and loud. First and last time there.

Service was good. Food--not so much. Too salty. Way too salty. Pretty sure this walleye will be good for a few months as a result.

Bonnie was knowledgeable of the restaurant's current hits with customers and she gave awesome recommendations. She was outgoing with other patrons and gave great service. The ambiance gives business casual or dressed up casual. As there was a sorority convention in town (specifically downtown) most customers were dressed nice. I knew that I liked the food, and I have previously enjoyed the atmosphere at their Carmel location, so I felt that it was a safe choice. We were a group of 5 and requested booth seating, so we were right behind the host stand. I wasn't thrilled about that, at first, but several larger groups were seated in the same area near the entrance. The booth was spacious and comfortable, and the decor is very bright and vibrant. I ordered the Marg of the Month for May, which was the Bee Sting Margarita. It is made with jalapeno honey and lots of slices of fresh jalapeno. Between those aspects and the bite of the tequila...I quickly understood why it was given that name! If you like a spicy marg, I would definitely suggest! I also ordered the Chips & Salsa Flight for the table. I chose the Roasted Red and Chile de Arbol salsas, along with the guac and queso. I loved all of the dips...except the chile de arbol. It was just spicy...and nothing else. No flavor other than hot. LOL For our entrees, I ordered the Steak Fajitas. I probably could've fed the entire family with the portion that I received. It's Tuesday and I'm still working on it! The steak, peppers and onions were flavorful and tender and it came with all of the pertinent toppings (shredded cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo). I also requested sour cream on the side. It was served with a side of beans and rice as well. My cousin ordered the Chicken Tinga Enchiladas and quipped that she would've liked "more tinga on her chicken". She didn't eat it all or take the leftovers home, so I'm not sure that I'd suggest that dish. One of my daughters ordered the Shrimp & Street Corn tacos without the corn, so they looked a little plain, but she liked them. She wasn't a fan of the $5.50 per taco price tag. My aunt ordered the Matador bowl and our server, Hailey, stated that it was her favorite. I had also been eyeing that on the menu. She enjoyed it and had plenty to take home with her as well.
