If you're a woman I wouldn't trust this man! He will take any and every opportunity to scam you ! He charged me over 800$ to do a small 1 bedroom apartment that only had carpet on the stairs and the 1 bedroom. He charged me 1900$ to do the tile at my house that another company charged me 450$ after later finding out that he had been scamming me. We hired this business to clean our carpets and grout for a house we are selling in Temecula. We paid close to $500. While the carpets looked acceptable, the tile was horribly done. He missed the edges and corners and it was so obvious. There were spots in our bathrooms where he just didn't get to. It was as if he was just running his cleaner through a path and didn't care about doing a thorough job. I called and emailed to ask politely if he could come and do the areas he missed. I am not a rude, demanding person but we chose his business and expected we would get what we paid for. My calls and email were completely ignored. This is a small local husband and wife business. They're going to go out of business in an area like this where referrals are big. What's even crazier for them is that now they've lost potential business because we are selling our home that we live in and moving 3 miles away. We will need carpet and tile cleaning for both of these residences within a month. Also, we have already warned several others not to use this service. I took pictures to show what was missed. Even if you go with a Coit or Stanley Steemer and it's a bit higher priced, they would stand by their service if needed. Two reviews in 4 days that are extremely negative. We had all American come out to clean the grout in our kitchen and entry way after moving into our new house (which was left really dirty before we moved in). What I thought was a slate dark grey tile was actually green in the entry way and tan in the kitchen! I want to start out by saying that when I spoke with them on the phone and when they came out to the house, they were very nice and confident that they could remove all the stains, use special products to remove the urine pet stains and smell(although I didn't smell anything, he insisted it smelled like urine and that for an extra cost he could take care of the smell) and get the carpets looking nice again. I had called for an estimate. I said my house is about 2500sqft but only 1500sqft or so was carpeted and asked if I could still use their coupon for $200 off whole house cleaning for houses up to 2000sqft. They told me yes, since the carpeted area was less than 2000sqft. That is why I made the appointment and chose this company. That and that they were licensed, bonded and insured. They also have a few good reviews so I thought I was safe in choosing them. I was wrong! When the owner came out, he refused to let me use the $200 coupon. I was moving in the next day, on a holiday and I had no way to get another cleaner out there. So I paid him the full price and thought, he is so nice, this better be the best carpet cleaning ever. Wrong again. We came back the next evening, following the instructions to not walk on the carpets until they dried. There was soapy residue along all baseboards and on the edges of the carpet. There were stains everywhere still. The stairs and the walkways looked worse than they did before. The carpets felt grimy and stiff. We had been on the carpets multiple times before they were cleaned. Now, the carpets felt just plain gross. On top of the carpets feeling nasty, they were now buckling in many areas and pulled off the tack strips along the edges, in some areas, I could even see the tack strip. I have young kids, they could have gotten hurt if they had found it before me. I don't like writing reviews, but I feel like I have to let people know about what happened to us. After two attempts, I finally got a response to my complaint. They refused to refund any money to me. While they boast on their website they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I was told they don't have a money back guarantee. They would come out and clean the carpets again. We declined, since they caused so much damage the first time, we cannot afford to have them ruin the carpets to the point we have to replace them right now. Had the carpets been properly cleaned, we could have gotten about 2-3 more years out of them, however, now we will probably have to replace them much much sooner. I would highly recommend finding another company to come clean your carpets. This experience has been absolutely miserable for us. I was lied to about the coupon to make the appointment, extremely unsatisfied with the results and they won't make it right. While it seems they have done a good job for other people, I certainly would not bet on them again. read more

My tenent was moving out of our rental and was suppose to have the carpet and tile cleaned to the condition of when she moved in. All american carpet did a horrible job. When we inspected the carpet and tile we could not believe they had even been there. Numerous spots on the tile and carpet. And the tile was filthy 2 inches from the walls and corners. There was actully loose debris left on the floors. The next morning after the supposed cleaning we could not detect any moisture on the carpet, so we are very suspect of anything being done. Our tenent did provide a reciept for 300.00 dollars. I spoke to the owner who said after he got paid he would come out and inspect the job, which he never did. I own rentals in the area and I will never use their services in the future. I will also let my fellow landlords know about their shappy workmanship. read more
