However, I was subsequently notified that they had a cancellation and promptly snagged that opportunity. The person taking calls was very helpful, professional and pleasant. Sami came out and promptly diagnosed the problem, reported back with a price for the part (which I approved) and installed/repaired my furnace within a few hours. I was very relieved and the price was also relatively reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would call upon Shamy's again for any heating or AC issues.

When I spoke to the manager the next day, he was extremely rude and unprofessional he said he believes his technician and does not believe me as his customer. Will never do business with this company again. The problem was never fixed, and I had to have another company come and fix the AC.

I had a terrible experience dealing with them lately as they said I needed a New furnace and AC and 3 other companies said I absolutely didn't after they did inspections. I also learned of an elderly couple they were taking advantage of by "not being able ti get a part" for their 9 year old Lennox furnace and scared them into a $13,000 new unit. They apparently did this twice to these people. :( Do not trust them!!!

They scheduled an appointment for the next day and their technicians came on time and put a new, simpler thermostat that did not need to use an app or the Internet to work. After decades of being a customer, I have decided to switch HVAC companies. I found the Pugh…read moreService Mgr to be rude in a recent issue with my Carrier furnace. The fan bearing had gone out and they did not fix, yet the he stated I had to tell their tech that I wanted it fixed. ? Seriously? I have to direct their technicians, even though I have been paying close to $500 annualy for their VIP program? He later wanted to reimburse me for the VIP and NOT fix the problem to avoid taking care of it. After a final legal threat, a tech was sent out to replace. They have no after hours support even though they claim to. Their on-call tech was sick when we called. He could not reach his backup or the Serv Mgr. Extremely poor management in my opinion. I contacted another Carrier HVAC company and they came out immediately as I smelled something foul in the house. They discovered that poisenous gases were in our house from a plugged heat exchanger. This same heat exchanger and model had a Class Action from over 20 years ago which Pugh did not notify me of or take advantage of. They had waited too long and compensation for a replacement had expired, now. This is inexcussable to allow to happen on Pugh's part. Thankfully, we have seperated and I now have a new furance and a company that I can trust my life with.

I informed them as to why i don't want their help. I've moved on. People are quick to get a sour taste from that kind of response from a supposedly top business. They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business.
