I went here with my husband and I felt judged by the front office lady because I didn't have the same last name as my husband and she said it "drove her nuts" when women don't change their last name. Also, she said what was the point if we were going to give (my husband's last name) to our kids. But we can't have kids. So incredibly judgmental and disrespectful and hurtful. I didn't even know this eyeglass repair shop was here! I accidentally snapped the arm off my prescription sunglasses and broke the hinge. I was shopping online, dreading paying for a brand new pair of prescription sunglasses - I tend to spend more on a luxury brand since I wear them all the time. Currently not in the budget so I decided to see if they could be repaired. When I got this sunglasses repair shop, there was no weight, and they said they would be able to takeoff the hinge, put on a new one and fix it! It's a small shop so they wouldn't get to it immediately, but it would be ready within one to two hours which was fine! Price tag was a little heavier than I anticipated, but definitely less expensive than buying a brand new pair of glasses. They fit fine when I got them back, they look fine. You couldn't tell they had been altered or repaired. The lady working behind the counter was very sweet and we had a nice chat when I went to pick up the glasses. If the glasses you aren't ready to part with quite yet break- I'd take them here!! read more

I've had a pair of Quay sunglasses sitting on my dresser for months that were super stretched out by my fiancé. Anytime i wore them and turned my head in any direction, they'd immediately fall off my face. I finally decided i paid too much to let them sit, so i came here to get them fixed. FANTASTIC! I had a wonderful experience with their shop repairing a pair of of Persols which I had broken by accident. I love the pair of glasses, they're the most expensive pair of sunglasses I've ever purchased in my life (most others I'd buy range in the $5-15 run of things). I followed their simple instructions online and shipped them to the store. When they were received I was contacted by them and was notified that Persol, which is owned by Luxottica who owns virtually all sunglass brands these days. doesn't sell those specific lenses. So, I was offered different color options of lenses which they could replace it with. They did a stellar job and mailed it back to me in a new case to boot. I was very happy with the customer service throughout the whole process and am happy as heck to have them back in action again. read more

Im giving a great review based entirely on speed, efficiency and friendliness. All were great. They were very nice, pleasant and repaired my glasses in 10 mins for 15 bucks. However, there was an unpleasant side to the visit. There is a sticker, placed on a large American flag used as wall decoration, that reads, "God doesn't believe in Atheists." The entire interior is religious themed to the point were non-religious people might feel a purposefully unwelcome. I totally understand the store owners first amendment rights and support his or her right to do so.....its just that it has the same affect on a customer as if he or she were to walk into a store that made a point of ridiculing religion. The store name is "ALL-American." Thats an inclusive term, and something about ..."regardless of race, creed, etc" comes to mind. There are also rules concerning the use of the Flag, although in common practice they are not followed. That said, the store was clean, the work was great, the price was totally fair, and other than feeling a little unwanted or unwelcomed by the display of the sign, I would recommend their services. read more

I am so happy I found this place! It's very difficult for me to find glasses frames that fit me. The woman who helped answered all my questions. She was very thorough, and patiently explained the pros and cons of everything I was considering. I discovered that they can fix my existing frames as well as alter frames I'm considering buying, to make them fit me. Before discarding your old frames, come here. Glasses! What a pain breaking your frames the night before you leave on vacation. Found All American Eyeglass Repair on Google late the next day and called. Deborah was so nice and helpful. They repaired my glasses in less than 2 hours (the last two hours they were open) and she adjusted them so they wouldn't fall off and get broken again. And I could see when I got to the top of the High Roller in Vegas!!! Thank you so much. I'll come again anytime for repairs or adjustments. I recently found out my glasses do not like being stepped on. I called my vision care center who told me they are closed due to Covid 19. They were only taking emergencies. My broken glasses were not considered an emergency...for them. They recommended All American Eyeglass Repair. The owner (I'm sorry but I can't remember her name) so so sweet on the phone. I went here to fix my wife's glasses. The arm had broken off and I had no idea if it could even be fixed. I came to them and the friendly worker looked it over and knew immediately what was required to fix it.
