The previous day I had Precision / Smokey's Garage Door come out and the tech David told me the springs could not be adjusted only replaced and also recommended replacing the opener and a number of additional parts instead of replacing the belt. The first quote was $ 5400.00. When I balked at that they offered to reduce it to $3400.00. Do your due diligence. Highly recommend Apex!
