When it was time to get a pro involved I reached out to Zero Fox, along with a handful of other local businesses. Several companies responded quickly and seemed eager to get my business, but Zero Fox was the only one to demonstrate an understanding of the specific problems at hand. I have a general mistrust in big businesses and salesmen who unnecessarily upsell you or recommend replacing serviceable components to take advantage of their non-expert customers and pad profits. Zero Fox was the only business who seemed to actually read the diagnostic information I had collected and reported while working on the system myself. Emilio listened to me and thoroughly investigated our system and components. before recommending action. He clearly and patiently explained what he was seeing and how he thought things would play out in the long term with and without intervention.
