TRUSTWORTHY & TIMELY Our garage door system had been sounding like it was on it's way out for a while now but we'd been nursing it along due to budget constraints...and then it happened, just as we'd feared, the door went down and wouldn't come back up again = Emilio to the rescue!! He responded to our desperate and detailed text message within less than 1 hour, texted back, asked some questions and requested photos, based on the photos he was able to make a reasonable assessment and he added us to his calendar for the next day, he arrived prepared to make the anticipated repairs and before he got started he reviewed the entire system with us, we discussed each aspect of the system the door, cables, rollers, spring, opener, all of it. We'd been warned by a contractor friend who had recently evaluated the system to brace for a full replacement of everything, however due to Emilio's specific expertise, and his integrity, he was able to make repairs, replacing some parts and servicing the others and now our garage door is back up and safely running as if everything was brand new! Emilio runs Zero Fox (a nod to his Army service) Garage Doors with the same pride, honor and commitment it took for him to serve our country. Outstanding response and service! Our "builder grade" garage door hoist spring failed after only 7 years of use! For reference, we lived in our last home for 24 years and never had a failure of the hoist system. Emilio (Owner of Zero Fox) came out after hours to take a look, evaluate and gave me a price to convert to a "traditional" hoist assembly. I knew it was a fair price because I had gotten a phone quote from another company - that couldn't come out until the next day, but was familiar with our installation as all of the homes in our development have the same hoist installed and are experiencing similar failures! We still didn't get repaired until the following day but Emilio did lift the door enough so that I could get 1 of the 2 cars out from being trapped inside! And true to his word, Emilio showed up the next morning with all the pieces/parts required to convert and upgrade our garage door hoist. A GREAT job, cost AS QUOTED and done in the TIME ESTIMATED! Zero Fox does not have many reviews as they are just getting started - but I can assure you that you will get an honest evaluation and a good quote for what you need for your garage door. Emillio was Terrific!! Quick response time, professional, courteous and went the extra mile while servicing and installing our new garage door. Emillio was available the very same day and did an exceptional job. When he realized that the new opener itself was much louder than it should've been he made sure to let us know as well as exchanging it out with the manufacturer and then coming back to reinstall all within a few days at no extra charge. Emillio also made a point to clean up any debris before leaving our home. I have actually had two opportunities to utilize the Zero Fox. The first time, I had Emilio out to replace a very poorly installed and very loud garage door opener on my home. Once completed, I had an opener that was not only better in quiet performance, but actually has a camera for additional security. The garage door rollers were adjusted and properly lubricated with the result being a very smooth and quiet operation. Very pleased. In addition to this service, I got an urgent message from my tenant in a rental property telling me the garage door opener had failed and they could not operate the door. This was urgent since they could not get the car out of the garage to even go to work. Emilio visited immediately, diagnosed the problem and promptly made the repair. I had a happy tenant who was able to get back on the road which made me very pleased as well. In both cases, the prices charged were fair and the work was done with professional care. Got a hold of zero fox garage door around 8:30 PM on Saturday night called back after 9 o'clock same night said he could be out Sunday morning. He did a great job replacing the spray and a few other things cleaned up the work area.
