My buddy used this company and highly recommended them to me. They sent out a guy to see the property and get his measurements for the backyard renovation project. I let him know our design ideas and a hard deadline we needed it completed by. After about three weeks I heard back with him with 3d renderings of his concept. I informed him I wasn't interested in some of the add ons he included as they would require permits and take me beyond the set budget. I asked him for a quote that only included the original plan layout, as well as the layout that included the additional features he added. Never heard back from him or the company again. I contacted this company for a complete, large-scale landscaping project for my brand new home, which requires a highly specific turtle habitat. I requested an estimate from the co-owner who possesses the specialized expertise needed for the habitat. Instead, management rigidly insisted on sending unqualified family members to handle the quote. When I declined and asked for the specialist, the female co-owner became defensive and combative, ultimately refusing to provide service at all. These are the guys you want doing your landscaping. We bought a new place and the builder had left us with a dusty pile of dirt in the backyard. Jason and his crew have transformed our little dustbowl into a desert garden and I cannot thank him enough. We found All-American Landscaping after watching his crew complete several backyards in our neighborhood and honestly this was a lucky break for us. Jason came in, walked through our backyard and took measurements - we gave him only a couple brief ideas of our vision and he took the project the rest of way - developing a 3D model that described the work and then creating the plans needed for the HOA. It was as painless as a landscaping project with paperwork and approvals could be. Now that the project is complete, I can say that his execution of our initial vision for the backyard was far better than we could have ever designed alone. Once the project had started, Jason's crew showed up on-time and were professionals at every step of the way. Our project involved stucco on a backyard wall (these guys were true artisans), new plants, irrigation, lighting and then significant amounts of stone. Jason was there at every step of way, watching over the project and ensuring it worked. He even tweaked small elements of the project (like adjusting the stones to a smaller size when we told we him had adopted a puppy, he noted the smaller stones would be easier on the puppy's paws) and adding lighting halfway through the project when we saw how great it looks). I hired all American landscape to install artificial turf in my front yard. I had desert landscaping which included rock which was never installed properly, so there were a lot of weeds. They relocated all of the rock to different parts of my yard, installed the artificial turf, hauled away all of the other debris, and cleaned all the mess up in one day. They were meticulous about cleaning the street where the chat had been dumped. They were very competitively priced as I had gotten several estimates. First let me state the workers were great the first couple months then they started coming different days each month I did not like that . Second I was asked by my neighbor which company I use and I gave them all American on the first job for my neighbor they did "repair " on watering system without asking and without proof anything was wrong and charged $250 . Now after that I was curious so the next time they came to do my yard I parked in garage to make it seam I wasn't home they rang the doorbell and knocked . They did the usual but they stayed an extra 15 mins then left then out of the blue I get a bill that claimed I had broken sprinkler system that needed to be repaired and it'll cost $200 . I didn't give them permission they didn't ask and now they just billed me for it . I have cameras and I have them recorded doing nothing but the normal job I fired them I didn't pay the $200 and I'm still fighting them . Now when they respond to this remember I have all this on video so try to deny it you jerks ! Please don't hire this place they are crooks and they don't answer the phone to solve problems and they ignore all emails or letters . Don't trust them read more

WOW! Totally unprofessional and flat out disgusting business behavior. Jason you should be ashamed of yourself, and I wish I hadn't have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with your company. I have been a customer for well over 5 years and lately things have been horrible. They never answer their phone, never willing to do anything that is beyond the standard grass trimming. I have had better customer service at Carl's Jr... This week they ripped up a corner of my yard which was mostly weeds, but it was fine enough for me, so much so that it has NEVER been an issue for the whole 5 years I've had them. So you mean to tell me all of a sudden last week we decide that the weeds gotta go without asking me or informing me?! My issue with having a huge dirt area there (see picture) is the dogs track through it and bring mud in the house. They put seed down but the birds just ate it all. After being such a longtime customer I asked nicely if there was anything we could do to make it right, and Jason flat out said, "I don't work for free." Are you kidding me?? I've given you $100 or more a month for YEARS now! I'm appalled at that kind of response. I hardly think it was an unreasonable request. I agreed to reseeding and asked if we could please let me know in the future if we are to be pulling anything up, and he fired back "we didn't pull anything up." At this point he was being flat out rude, and condescending. I said, "Ok, making any changes." And he replied, "We don't call all of our customers whenever we do something to their yards." Ok Jason... then what DO you do? I fired them right then and there. Plenty of other mediocre landscapers in town I can call. ***By the way, for anyone looking to hire them, besides the fact that the never pick up the phone, they will also set your watering schedule to use absurdly high amounts of water to keep your grass green. I called the water company to see why my bill was so high and they told me because I was watering my lawn so much for long UNNECESSARY periods of time and also watering on the one day your not supposed to water! Also, they broke my side gate one year from slamming the door so hard week after week. And it is a HUGE heavy metal gate! read more
