BEWARE! I am not sure if someone is posing as them or they are now scamming people. BUT I booked a round trip service, got charged $384 anyway, just to book, after I cancelled because that is a ridiculous amount to get charged just to be taken to Chicago, when I am only 20 minutes away. Money and credit card scam. Harassed by Johnny the dispatcher who will not refund money which has become a breach of contract for All American Limousine. Breach of contracts and no refunds have occurred to many of us being loyal customers of All American American Limo and James Tountas' company . I see the class action lawsuit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had another limo company tell us 2 hours before our pick-up that the vehicle we ordered had mechanical issues. This was for my son's 8th birthday and the hope was to have his friends take a stretch limo (the car of his dreams) to hibachi. We were extremely upset and in a pinch. My husband called all around to see if a stretch limo was available at 4PM that same day. Luckily, All American came through for us. Not only were they able to accommodate our request, but they sent the most incredible driver. TC was the sweetest man ever. TC arrived 15 minutes early, allowed us to set up the inside for the kids, hang a banner and balloons. He was professional, courteous and so very kind to our kids. He took a long way to the restaurant so the kids got the full limo experience. They were blasting the Hamilton soundtrack and living their best life. 10 minutes before we were ready to leave, I just texted TC and there he was waiting for us to take us home. I recently reached out and was quoted a price for a limo to the airport. I received the quote and went back online to book. I immediately got a call from someone in the office asking if I got a quote which I re-forwarded back to the office where they responded that THEY made an error with the quote and they would not honor the price I was quoted because it's 3 months out. Although they apologized, I feel the quote should be honored since it was provided! If they can't honor the quote, how should someone believe they would honor the quality of service, time of pick-up, or anything else one would expect? read more

I called for a ride from Midway & was given a quote of $90. very reasonable! Then I received a call back that because I was arriving at Midway the charge would be $100., still reasonable. The driver Dimitri was an absolute pleasure, accommodating & as I was returning from the funeral of my life partner his demeanor & professionalism most appreciated. The vehicle was spotless! Here's the surprise the charge came through for approximately $149. !! When I called the office to understand the increase they spouted charges of mileage, gas,tax & tip, all of which if I had been told originally I would of had an opportunity to agree to or not. We have used this company in the past so we hired them to take us to O'Hare from Palos Park on Aug 18 and then pick us up when we returned from an international flight on Sept 4. The trip to O'Hare went well and we confirmed they would be tracking our return flight in case there were delays. As luck would have it, we were nearly 2 hours late departing for a 9-hour flight to O'Hare. When we arrived and after retrieving our bags, we called the dispatcher to be picked up. He then told us he had tried to reach us for an hour and a half from 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm. When we didn't answer, he sent the driver home. We had been charged for the service 2 days earlier. We were forced to pay a taxi to take us home and they have refused to give us credit for the service they didn't deliver. Don't trust this company. The dispatcher, John, is a total jerk and wouldn't acknowledge that they didn't follow their own protocol and track the flight no know it was delayed. It was like I was the idiot because I didn't answer my phone when he tried to call me, which, was while I was still on the plane and almost 2 hours before we arrived. Go someplace else. Driver John Rizzo was the professional of all--very accommodating; had to make a last minute adjustment to pick one of us up at Ohare on a Friday night-which saved the night. I was very disappointed to receive a call upon landing that because my flight was early he didn't have a driver/car for me. There had been previous discussion about the time I had requested but was reassured it didn't matter what time I landed because they monitor the flight. I was stuck at O'Hare Airport with no transportation home! I had to take a cab, which of course was much more expensive. And it goes without saying they had already charged my credit card! I did receive a refund, but to be left stranded because they can't coordinate their own business is the height of horrible customer service! I called this company due to an erroneous charge of $1,200 to my credit card on August 3rd 2022. I spoke with a gentleman and told him the situation. He stated it happened in error, my service is not scheduled until Friday, August 5th 2022, and that it would be corrected. I stated I thought it was a little shady this error happened 2 days prior to service. This guy flew into 'fu__ing this & f_cking that convo' and I asked him to keep it professional. He was still very aggressive and stated he would cancel the service. I stated if that is what he felt was best. He then hung up. I am taken aback at the attitude and level of Customer Service. If this type of behavior is allowed, then my question would be is this also how the drivers interact with the clients. We made other arrangements with Windy City Limo and they where helpful, kind, professional & courteous and booked us the day before the event without issue. My daughters flights were canceled at midnight Christmas eve, I called immediately to cancel our service but never got through so I emailed instead. I called the next day to make sure since the service wasn't used, that I wouldn't be charged, but was told they would have to call me back. Another day went by, and I never received a call, so I called again only to be told I wouldn't be refunded. I ordered and received confirmation for a luxury sedan for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday 10/24/21 to attend a wedding. What I received was a Ford Expedition at 3:40 p.m. This was a problem because my friend who came in from California for this wedding is handicapped and has trouble getting in and out of SUVs like the one that was sent, and we were going to be late for the wedding. If I had received a phone call or email that they were sending a SUV instead of a luxury sedan I would have explained the reason for the sedan. As it was, my girlfriend did have trouble getting into the Ford Expedition, not only was it dangerous, but it was also embarrassing for her, and we were late for the wedding. I feel like I did everything right. I ordered the needed vehicle and allowed an hour and a half for a fifty-minute ride. If All American Limousine provided the requested vehicle at the requested time there would have been no problem, instead, it was a terrible start to a what was supposed to be a festive evening. read more

This review is long but please take the time to read it and educate yourself before using All American Limousine. I was very excited about using this limousine service when I originally made reservations to transport a party of three to Amtrak Union Station in Chicago. Their web site is very professional and the original agent I worked with was very accommodating. But . . . At 6:00 am on the date of travel, I received a recorded telephone message from Amtrak indicating that the train we were booked on had been canceled. After getting in touch with an Amtrak agent, I was told that the train was canceled because of a bridge problem in Colorado as a result of wildfires. We contacted All American Limousine at 6:53 a.m. (4-1/2 hours prior to our scheduled pick-up of 11:30 a.m.) to advise them that the limousine service was no longer required since Amtrak canceled the train service due to a natural disaster. The agent indicated that there would be no refund but said to call back in two days to speak with the original agent; which I did. When I talked with the original agent, I indicated I wanted to use their service for a later date (Amtrak train was rebooked for a month later), he said that since we were going to use them for the delayed trip, they would not charge me for the original trip. That was very assuring and indicated to me that this was an honorable and professional business. He instructed me to complete a new on-line reservation (which I did) and he would e-mail us a confirmation. Since I never received an email confirmation, I contacted All American Limousine service and spoke with the original agent. He indicated that according to the owner, the only refund I would be getting was for the tax and gratuity. I reminded him of the promise he made and he told me to call back the next day to speak with the manager. Spoke with the manager today and got nowhere. In fact, he said he would only refund the gratuity. Their web site indicates that cancelations not made within 48 hours would not have to pay gratuity or tax. The manager did not abide by what they advertise on their web site. He said that the driver was already booked for the job (4-1/2 hours prior to pick-up). When I reminded him the cancelation was due to a natural disaster, he told me it was my fault because I wasn't aware of the wildfires that caused a bridge problem on Amtrak's route. He instructed me to bill Amtrak for the limousine fee. I offered to split the cost of the limousine service but the manager was not agreeable to that. He told me either I wanted the future reservations or I didn't. The conversation became elevated and he hung up on me. What bothers me about All American Limousine is that they do not honor or stand behind what their employee promised. Nor are they willing to work with a customer who had to cancel the service 4-1/2 hours prior to pick-up because of a natural disaster and do not abide by the policy on their web site. I am a successful business owner and have never told any customer that we are retracting a promise made by one of our employees or are not willing to work with a customer in making a mutual agreement. I would not recommend this service based on the manner in which they conduct business. read more

Where do I begin? I would negative stars if it was an option. They WILL NOT return your security deposit so do not expect to get that back. We hired this company recently, when we finished three members from our group had trash bags to pick up some of the cans and food that had been left in the Limo. The driver Jim told us to "not worry about it" and when I said we didn't mind picking up and that I didn't want to get charged, he said, "you will not get charged, I will take care of it." We gave him a extremely generous tip for being so helpful and got off the bus. Only to soon discover they kept the majority of the security deposit based on cleaning. Also, AC did not work, which judging by other reviews, they have no interest in fixing.. Don't even bother trying to talk to the GM Don, as he will say, "the owner says he won't budge, and "I am the only one who can talk to the owner." If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not use them! They had a signed contract from me and charged my card a deposit upon booking and $1,100 two days prior. They didn't show up for the pick up. When I called they said they tried reaching out to me (I had no missed calls or emails) because they had never received my contract. I read the email confirmation and conversation back to the dispatcher that they had in fact received the contract back and they denied it saying they didn't recognize the name of the person. They then asked if I was calling the correct company. I called the number on the contract and read the name of the company back to the dispatcher to confirm I had called the correct place. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager and denied any wrong doing with no apologies. Luckily I was at home and could hop in my car to change plans even though they were inconvenient. Upon getting the contract I decided to check some online reviews to make sure it all look clean before I proceeded. Luckily, I read some of the reviews below and decided to call "Ron" back to tell him I will not be proceeding with his company. He swore at me and hung up the phone...The afternoon I looked on my CC statement and "Ron" had already put through two pending charges...I called him to ask about the matter and he swore at me once again...I have disputed the charges and hope to recive all my money back for a service I NEVER committed to, nor used. Was given a quote of $129 plus tip each way, to and from the airport. I tipped the driver $50 one way and $45 for the return. They charged my credit card $172 one way and $173 for the return. Was first told by Holly that the extra was taxes. Later, he told me it was tip and taxes. John the manager called me and was one of the rudest, most vulgar people I ever encountered. We placed an order for airport pick up at our home and then to the airport as well as a pick up from airport when we returned from our trip. The first pick up went smooth with no issues. We were picked up on time, car seats for the kids installed, and made it to the airport with no problems. The return home was a completely different experience. Our flight was delayed and landed at 6:00pm I called to let them know I arrived and was told our driver was in Lombard and should be to the airport in 25 mins. Our driver should not have been in Lombard he should have been at the airport... An hour later he was still not there. I called to get a new ETA and was told maybe 10 mins. Almost 30 mins later my driver called and said he was at terminal 1 and would be to us in a few minutes. Another 30 mins later he finally arrived. This is now 2 hours after we called to be picked up. Myself, my wife, a 6 year old and a 4 year old sitting in Ohare airport for 2 hrs being told 10 more mins over and over. When the driver finally arrived the car seats were not installed and I had to do it because he didn't know how. If that wasn't bad enough instead of driving us to our home in Geneva, IL the driver started driving us to Lake Geneva, WI. Sadly I didn't realize this until we were almost to Wisconsin and had to have him turn around. What should have been a 45 min ride home was... yes another 2 hours. I was quoted $160 for the trip with car seats. They billed my card for $226. There was no invoice or price breakdown provided. When I called to ask what the break down was I was told the additional charges was tax, fees, a 10% fuel surcharge and gratuity for the driver come to the $226. I explained that I paid that $226 to have a car pick my family up on time, with car seats installed. I did not pay that $226 to be picked up 2 hours late, have to install the car seats myself, be driven to another state and have a 45 min ride turn into 2 hours. In all we spent 4 hours of our time and $226 for that mess. When all was said and done I was told oh I'll have to talk to the driver but I'll email you a breakdown of your invoice... maybe this was a one off night for them but it was a hell of a lesson for me. I will not roll the dice and give them another chance especially since they couldn't see the error of their ways and make it right. Terrible service. We used All American Limousine for my recent wedding. The driver was supposed to drive my family from the hotel to the church. For some reason, the driver allowed random people to get in the limo (never checked to confirm identity) and by the time my family went downstairs to get in the limo it was already gone. Upon contacting the company, they were unresponsive and unapologetic. It completely threw off my wedding timeline- the ceremony started really late, pictures were rushed, and the bridal party, my husband, and I were not able to attend our own cocktail hour due to the schedule delay. I do NOT recommend this service at all, especially for an event as significant as a wedding. So many better companies in the Chicago area! read more

If a prepaid reservation is not honored, why would anyone ever book with this business?? I had reserved a luxury SUV point-to-point ride from Geneva to Chicago on October 9th, booking it a week in advance. After receiving a confirmation upon booking, I never heard from them again until I called them at my scheduled pick-up time to ask where our driver was. The person I spoke with said the driver was on his way, but he'd get back with me on an ETA. At this point, a few mins delay wasn't a big deal. However, I had to call them back 15 mins later to ask again where the driver was. I was told that they weren't sure, and that it appeared the driver had picked up other rides on the way. ??? They had no idea what to do and said they'd have to refund my money. The result was my group having to race to the train station, lugging heavy wine purchases (which is why I'd booked a car home in the first place), and paying a hefty Lyft fee to get home from the train station on a busy Sat night. Absolutely unacceptable service, they should have been on top of the situation, managed the driver, and offered an alternative ride (on them, for the inconvenience). What a huge disappointment! Absolutely terrible experience! Jim was very unprofessional and rude to my visiting guests for my wedding. He showed up 45 minutes late and still expected me to pay for a full hour of service (which I later noticed I was charged on my credit card even after I was assured after a long argument that it would not be). These guys are a pain in the neck --- just not worth it. Even if they were free, I would rather take a bus. They are completely non-reponsive and will not take any blame for their failure to perform their services. This makes me believe they don't really care about their company reputation and if they don't care about that, why should they care about you as a customer. Negative 10 stars if I could. UPDATE: Somehow, my review keeps getting deleted. Jim, do you have anything to do with it? Don't give these guys your business, you will somehow get swindled. Wish I had used an Uber or Lyft for a ride from O'Hare to downtown Chicago instead. Why? When I used All American, I had to wait around in the cold to meet the driver. I did not receive the usual meet and greet airport car service. (Although, this might be due to airport rules because it seemed that everyone met the car services outside. But I wish I had known this when I booked the service.) All American provided me with vague information about where to meet our driver. Because of this, I stood around in the cold wondering if we would connect with our driver. If I had been using an Uber app, I would have been able to track the approach of the driver. The car smelled dirty and had trash left around in the front and the back. When we got in the car, the driver was listening to the news on the radio at a high volume and all of the stories were negative. So I asked if we could listen to some music instead. So he put on rap music, also at a high volume. So I asked if we could have something a little calmer, we got it, but also at a loud volume. You get the idea, this is not the quality of service one expects for the money that is charged by this company. read more

Most importantly, company sent us a female driver (without any requests) which was such a great surprise considering it was me (mommy) and my three little girls traveling alone late at night. It was very considerate of them and a piece of mind for me. Driver mentioned that they usually try to pair female drivers with female passengers for late night trips. Great idea! THEY RIP YOU OFF! I enquirer a quote on the website which my information including credit card was required before a quote can be given. It then said I must call for quote. I did and never booked it, in fact told him I had to think about it. Then I received a call from Tabitha confirming the reservation. I told her I NEVER confirmed or approved the reservation and did not want it. She said "oh, ok". Then I checked my credit card and they charged me $336.00! When calling and asking Tabitha she said it automatically charges you on the website. It never gave an option to confirm or did it give a price on the website so how can they charge me? Not only was he able via text message, he was able to answer all my questions when I had them. I had to set up a bachelorette party and even thought it was busy season for Prom, Mike went above and beyond to make sure my group was accommodated. Our party bus ride from hotel to the many other stops was enjoyable the whole time. The girls had champagne and water at arms reach! The stripper pole was an additional bonus! Mike was nice enough to be so patient with all of us as of course we were having a great time!
