He cleaned the inside of my vehicle, but didn't clean the windows due to fogging and obviously didn't treat my tires or wax my car. The company agreed to have my car redone. I had my car detailed with All American Mobile. My appointment was for 1pm on a Sunday. Then Saturday night I get a text that states it will be between 2-4. Carter got to my place closer to 4 and ran out of time for the full detail with Clay Bar and polish. So he said he notified the office that the job was incomplete. To my surprise I later received an email saying the job was completed. I made a phone call to make sure my card was not debited, I was told it wouldn't be until the job was finished, and the email I sent stating the work was incomplete would be forwarded to the manager. I found out it was charged right away, but still I heard from no one. Finally I called back and spoke to Sharon she rescheduled with Carter again and gave him a good window as far as hours to complete the job. I called and scheduled my appointment and had to put down a $100 down payment for the appointment. On the appointment day and time, I received a no-show. I did not even receive a call at the time of the scheduled appointment. I had to be the one to call them after an hour of the scheduled appointment and received a new date for the detailing appointment. That appointment ALSO was a no-show. I did not receive a phone call, text, or email or any notification. I had to be the one to call them. I called them and was put on hold for over 1.5 hours! I received no response. HORRIBLE SERVICE - WON'T PROVIDE REFUND I had to call their customer service TWICE to get my detailing scheduled at the right time because they kept sending me the wrong date/time. THEN the detailer NEVER SHOWED UP. I waited three full hours. Their confirmation email says you need to give the detailer up to an hour to arrive after your scheduled appointment time which is insane. If you have a scheduled appointment, then the they should arrive on time. A 15 min grace period is understandable, but an HOUR is not okay. I have now have had to call back two additional times to get a refund as I do not want to reschedule this AGAIN, and they still have not given me my refund. Brandon is the Bomb.com He has washed and detailed my car a few times and I cannot say anything negative about him or his work. He is sweet, knowledgable, dependable and trustworthy (And I don't trust most people :) ) My theory is that he is good at what he does because he loves working with cars. He pays attention to little details so my car has never looked sloppy or half-assed. Honestly, I know very little about cars but my car has never looked better after he is finished with it. If you are as clueless as I am, give him a call and I am sure he can answer any of your questions. Brandon is working hard to put himself through college, so while he is in class, he may not respond, but usually he is very easy to get a hold of. Personally, I'd rather sit in the comfort of my own home than to sit outside on a dirty bench at a carwash any day. His prices are very reasonable and for the work he puts in, it is totally worth it. I found Brandon and his company on Yelp. Saw all the great reviews so decided to give Him a shot. About a month ago i purchased a 2000 Ford F150 SVT Lightning. Pretty much a rare, supercharged, sport suspension "muscle truck". I got it from a guy in Victorville, and apparently he didn't know how to wash a truck correctly....by the way, it's black. So there were numerous swirl marks and minor oxidation. I called him and we set up an appointment for 8am this morning 2/8. He showed up in his work van with his work partner/buddy. He told me that we can make this truck look better than show room, of course it'll just cost money. To see the quality of his work I had him remove swirl marks in the most severe places: just the hood/front fenders, and a wash/detail on the rest of the truck. Two hours later I come out and my god was I surprised....it looked amazing. And he said the truck could look even nicer, it's just gonna take time and most likely be an 8 hour job. So I paid him (which for 2 hours of work, he charged me an amazing amount) and something extra for Brandon and his friend ( i forgot his name...I do apologize). So we agreed to make an appointment to have the truck fully de swirled, oxidation removed, and paint treated. I'm looking forward to seeing my Lightning looking better than show room, and giving Brandon my business. read more

They offered shampooing the carpet and seats and use of water to do the shampooing but that's not what I got . I got a spray can a brush and vacume instead of a machine carpet clean with the water they told me I had to get them. I live in a condo and no water line around my space I had to ask 2 neighbors to move their cars so they could use water. Well they didn't use water just a can of carpet cleaner. No-show - TWICE! I really wanted to add to the great ratings, but after this I definitely can't. When I first called, Brandon explained the different packages and demonstrated great customer service. Someone else had mentioned in a previous review that no one ever showed up for their appointment, but I figured it was a one time mistake and wouldn't happen to me. I scheduled for a Sunday morning appointment and I waited half an hour before calling Brandon and leaving a voicemail. Nothing. I called back an hour later only to get forwarded straight to voicemail (so he obviously heard my message and just turned off his phone). I ended up calling later on that day only to get a mediocre response from Brandon, who explained that he was out of town and that his other employee was a no-show. He didn't offer a discount or anything. He basically just blamed his other employee as if he had no fault. I should've just taken the hint that they don't care about their customers. However, being the trusting and forgiving person I am, I said it was fine and rescheduled for today Sunday as Brandon gave his word that he would show up and do the detail work himself. and AGAIN no-show and no call today! I didn't even bother calling him because he has lost my business and I definitely will never give them another chance. This is the type of company you have to text all the details to after you make the appointment over the phone (obviously not a great business strategy since they don't seem to be keeping track of these appointments by any other means other than by text). After looking through a few listings, came across Brandon, gave him a call, and he was able to squeeze me in for the following day. Great thing is obviously he comes to you, and he will travel to Chino, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, Walnut, Covina, etc. He came to my house in DB and did a full interior and exterior detail in front of my house over the course of about 1.5hrs. Full disclosure: I hadn't cleaned the inside of my car in over 6 months - it looked bad. After they were done, the entire car looked great, inside and out. I'm glad I found them. I've had them come to my house a few times already and am happy with the results. They washed a few at my house: M5, Altima, BMW 335, and a Solara. My cars all come out looking nice and clean each time. I usually use the full detail or mini detail for the BMWs and regular car washes for the others. Their prices are competitive and they try to do their best to meet your expectations. I'll have pictures up after my next wash to show some of the results. read more

I requested a new date but never got a response so I scheduled on the website with the coupon code. Received 1 confirmation email and no phone call. Received another email asking for the address and car which was the same as I entered in both attempts to schedule. The day of service came around and no one ever showed up or called. So now I'm 2 weeks post vacation & still have a filthy car that I've been accepting to work around their schedule.
