When I went to pick up (they did call to let me know the boots were ready) they were closed due to illness. When I picked up it was clear the sole employee there was still sick so I stayed as far away as possible as they weren't masked and neither was I. The work looked okay - one pair had a tear in the heel leather. In the old days when shoes were repaired they would give a basic polish after the work but it wasn't the case here. The work has extended the life of both pairs and that's the point as they are well made boots expensive to replace, so consider the return on investment if you want work done.

Turns out the associate was down one of the isles, had ear buds in and likely did not hear me at the counter. When he arrived he seemed very confused and was only able to find 2 packs of my developed film. My Doctor recommended Stafford Pharmacy that Dr. Kobe Boakye owns and operates. He is the kindest gentleman! He had my medicine in stock, was able to process my insurance quickly and fill my script. Dr. Boakye is clearly a seasoned pro; he explained my medication instructions, availed himself to questions and assured me the current medications I am taking would not negatively interact with the script he filled for me. Stafford Pharmacy is unique from chain drug stores in a number of positive ways. It carries specialty items and offers specialty services that include: delivery, medical equipment, compounding and an assortment of over the counter meds as well as herbal supplements. Instead of my transaction being processed by a teenager, or even a Pharmacist, a Pharmacologist tended to me and the customer service was excellent! In fact, I forgot my insurance card and Dr. Boakye called me himself and offered to drop it in the mail. Fields Family Eye care was the closest optometrist so I went straight there for help. Not only were they THE friendliest business I've had the pleasure to have visited...they put new nose pads on, cleaned the glasses & tightened all the micro-screws too. We visited a bit and there was NO charge. I asked them what they wanted for Christmas and was on my way in just a few short moments. This staff was so wonderfully proactive, beautiful office I can only say that I've already recommended them to my son & his entire family! WOW does NOT even start to say it. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I genuinely hoped for a little flexibility, especially after waiting three months for this appointment. But they refused and were told to reschedule. The next available is 1.5 months out. This was already a rescheduled appointment, since my first appointment had been cancelled when the doctor suddenly became unavailable. Very frustrating experience.

When I looked lost they asked if I needed help, gave their honest input without trying to up sell me. I NEVER felt like they were bike snobs and even when I had obvious questions they were very friendly. Repairs: I was really nervous I was going to have to pay a lot but they only did the work that needed to be done and explained everything, why the parts needed to be replaced, etc. The cost ended up being lower than they quoted me which was even better!! Best Part: SAME DAY REPAIR!!!! They had all the parts I needed and were done within an hour!!! They even have a rewards program!!!
